The apartment is entirely yours within a residential building complex. Before your arrival, youâll be asked to fill out a short check-in formâthis is mandatory and helps us prepare for your stay. Once completed, youâll receive a four-digit code for self check-in.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must climb stairs.
We provide 1x double blanket per 2 guests.
Additional fees:
- Tourism tax: âŹ4.50 per person per night, to be paid separately.
- Extra guest: âŹ27.50 per night.
House Rules:
-No smoking inside (fine of âŹ250)
-No prostitution allowed. Penalty of âŹ500
-Pets are not allowed, otherwise, we need to charge an additional âŹ150 for cleaning
-There is zero tolerance for parties and additional guests
-Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11:oo PM
-We have a front door camera for security purposes. Please note that there are no cameras inside
