The welcoming entrance hall provides ample storage for coats, footwear and beach gear and is where you will find a useful washer/dryer.

The downstairs bedroom features twin beds and ample storage. A 40-inch TV (streaming services available with guests’ own login) provides entertainment. This room also includes a spacious shower cubicle—perfect for rinsing off after beach visits, hanging wetsuits, or cleaning up muddy paws!

Upstairs offers open plan living with a kitchen, dining and living area. The 55 inch ambi light TV has terrestrial channels and the ability for guests to log in to their own streaming services such as Netflix etc. Patio doors lead to a large balcony off the living area, with bar table and stools and a dining table. Here you will enjoy far reaching sea views.

The master bedroom is also on this floor and has a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Off this room is a sun trap balcony with 2 chairs and a small table.

Please note - The 2 bedrooms are on separate floors, please consider this if you have young children. Children are always welcome, but feel we should highlight the sleeping arrangements as this may not suit your family.

We share the building with a self contained 1 bedroom flat, which forms part of the ground floor. Both flats are completely independent and have private entrances and parking.

This property neighbours the North Devon Surf School, which provide excellent facilities for surfers of all abilities, such as lessons and surf hire. The rear balcony directly over looks the surf school and whilst a privacy screen is provided for your use, guests can expect some noise and chatter to be heard when using this balcony during the day during their opening hours.
