Step into this stylish and vibrant 13th-floor apartment, easily accessible by elevator. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere with breathtaking city views.
The open-plan living room features a plush L-shaped sofa, a sleek coffee table, and a 65” TV with premium speakers for ultimate entertainment. By the window, a dining area with four comfortable upholstered chairs provides the perfect spot for enjoying meals with a view. A stylish wine fridge corner adds a touch of sophistication. There is access to the balcony from the living room.
Fully Equipped Kitchen is in a separate niche, boasts high-quality quartz countertops and is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare your favorite dishes.
Both bedrooms offer high-quality mattresses, block-out curtains for an undisturbed night’s sleep and plenty of storage. The master bedroom features a Super King-size bed with a Tempur mattress and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bidet. The second bedroom comes with a standard double bed with a Nectar mattress and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The office desk has a 25” monitor to connect the laptop to. The beds will be prepared with hotel-quality bed linens. Soft towels and complimentary toiletries—all ready for your arrival to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
For added convenience, the apartment includes a second bathroom with a bathtub, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day.
Guests have access to a fully equipped gym and a swimming pool, ensuring a well-balanced stay with both relaxation and fitness options.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
Parties are prohibited on my property, and if there are signs of them left, you may be charged £500.
