A welcoming and spacious 2-bedroom ground-floor apartment set within a leafy street in SE13 London. Located between Lewisham, Lee & Blackheath offering fantastic access to transport links to Central London, with London Bridge reachable in 18mins, and popular Blackheath in 9mins and Greenwich in 15mins.
The apartment features high ceilings and homely furnishings throughout and is perfectly located for many local independent shops, restaurants & cafes. A great London stay for up to 4 guests!
Lewisham is a vibrant, bustling and diverse area of South East London with fantastic transport links into Central London.
The apartment is spacious with 2 generously sized bedrooms and is on the ground floor of an apartment building along a leafy SE13 residential road.
On entering the apartment you will arrive in the hallway which features a handy coat rack and umbrella stand.
Just along the hallway is the first of 2 (two bedrooms)- this light-filled yet cosy bedroom is located at the front of the property, overlooking the street. Within this bedroom there are 2 (two) single beds which stand separately within the room. Between the beds is a bedside table with bedside lamp. There is a full-length mirror and a good size wardrobe with both hanging and drawer space, for guest belongings within the room. There is also a small seat bench with cushions at the end of the beds which provides some seating within the space.
Next along the hallway is the large and welcoming open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. There is an integrated kitchen with appliances and conveniences including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen leads to the bright living room area which has a high ceiling, exposed brickwork feature wall and a decorative mirror. There is also a rug, coffee tables and side lamps, a sofa with cushions, an egg-style chair and a floor cushion available. This is a great space for guests to relax. There is also a Smart TV (please note that personal logs are required to access apps). Last but not least within this space is the dining room area, which sits within a large bay window. There is a glass dining table and 4 chairs where guests can socialise and enjoy meals together.
Further around the hallway is the spacious Master bedroom. This room is both inviting and serene and is located at the back of the property. Within this bedroom there is 1 (one) double bed with 4 (four) pillows. There is a bedside table with bedside lamp on each side of the bed. There is also a free-standing wardrobe on both sides of the bed which offer both hanging and shelf space, for guests to use. There is an additional small round table to display belongings as well as a full-length mirror and ceiling light.
Just next to the Master bedroom, leading from the hallway is the spacious and modern bathroom with bathtub, shower over bath, basin, over basin mirror, WC and towel rail. There is some surface space for toiletries and belongings above the basin on a glass shelf or under the basin in the cupboard.
Leading off from the hallway there is also a convenient utility room with washer-dryer machine, iron, ironing board and clothes rack for guests to use during their stay.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay.
I won't be around in person during guest stays, however, a remote self-check-in gives flexibility for arrivals, after 4pm. My property management company, Pass the Keys®, is on hand to provide 24/7 guest support should guests need any assistance before, during or after their stay.
The apartment is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and shower towel to use for the stay.
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during guest stays are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are various convenience stores and supermarkets locally including a Lidl supermarket which is a couple of minutes walk away on Lee High Road.
The apartment is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.
Parking - There is some limited, free street parking ONLY after 6:30pm (18.30) in the evening and all day Sunday. Please note that parking spaces are limited and subject to availability. Please read road signs for details of parking restrictions. Guests are requested not to park anywhere other than within a parking space within the correct times otherwise guests will likely receive a parking fine.
For payable parking options - there are 2 (two) town centre car parks within walking distance including Lewisham Shopping Centre's multi-storey car park.

NOISE - There are apartments both above and below so please be mindful of noise levels in general, as well as while walking around the apartment as noise can travel through the wooded floors. Please be thoughtful and respectful to my neighbours.
UTILITY ROOM - within this area is an iron, ironing board, washer-dryer machine and a clothes drying stand - please ensure that children/infants are supervised when this room is in use and please close this door when not in use - thank you.
GENERAL NOTE - This is a much-loved apartment so please treat it with the care and respect you would treat your own home. Strictly no parties or events allowed. Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere in the building.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
