Bright and Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in the fantastic Lomas del Conde Luque urbanisation. The property boasts large rooms and exceptional valley, golf and sea views from the enormous private terrace that faces south. The urbanisation features manicured gardens, beautiful exterior swimming pool, and indoor swimming pool (heated), small gym area, and spa (includes sauna, Turkish bath, hot tub, and aromatic showers).
Close to all amenities, several golf courses, and 10 minutes from the beach!
The master bedroom is features a large double bed, direct access onto the terrace, plenty of storage space, and an ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds, direct access onto the terrace, plenty of storage space, and access to the guest bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property, perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining. The living room features a dining area with seating for 6, and two sofas facing a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The room is bathed in natural light from the floor to ceiling windows that provide access out onto the terrace.
The apartment’s terrace, a real selling point for the property, provides several areas for guests to enjoy. There is an alfresco dining area with seating for 6, a chillout seating area with exterior sofa and 2 armchairs, a gas BBQ, and 2 sun loungers. The terrace has fantastic views of the Atalaya Golf course and surrounding valley below, and the Mediterranean sea in the distance. On clear days guests will be able to see the rock of Gibraltar and all the way over to Africa.
The apartment offers fast and unlimited fibre optic WIFI and centralised air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms. Included in the rental of the property is access to all areas of the urbanisation and a private parking space.
The property is walking distance from a major supermarket, less than 10 minutes drive from a number of golf courses, and 10 minutes from the beach!
