At the top of Port Isaac, Number 9 Castle Rock is a contemporary townhouse with stunning sea views towards Tintagel Head. Perfect for unforgettable family holidays, it's set in a small development ideal for exploring Port Isaac and Port Gaverne.
The house includes its private parking space, a real bonus in Port Isaac, and additional parking for a second car on a first-come, first-served basis.
Inside, you'll discover a king-size bedroom with an en suite shower-room, a family bathroom, and a cosy snug room for quiet moments.
On the first floor, there's a beautiful master bedroom in coastal blues, featuring a king-size bed and an en suite shower-room. This bedroom also opens onto a sunny patio. Another twin bedroom on this floor has its own en suite shower-room.
The top floor boasts an open-plan living area with large windows and a Juliet balcony for enjoying spectacular sea views and the sound of the sea. While the kitchen is well-equipped, you have an array of nearby restaurants, including Nathan Outlaw's fine dining spot, just steps away.
Explore Port Isaac's narrow streets with traditional cottages, restaurants like Nathan Outlaw's fish kitchen, and various shops and galleries year-round. In the off-season, winter brings a magical atmosphere perfect for coastal walks and visits to Daymer Bay and Polzeath's golden sands.
