The apartments at 45 The Square, spanning four floors within a Victorian terraced property, provide high-quality self-catering accommodation for 2-5 guests.
Each apartment is beautifully furnished and finished to a high standard.
The unit features a separate kitchen equipped with all essentials, Including a microwave and kettle. In the bedroom, a large bay window offers a double bed and a single bed for children or friends to share, with an additional double sofa bed for your comfort.

We are available by phone, email, and chat, and we're conveniently nearby if you need assistance at the apartment.

45 The Square is situated in a quiet street just north of Scarborough's town centre. If you turn left out of the door you can walk to the most amazing views of North Bay. The golden sands of North Bay Beach are just a ten-minute stroll away.

Turning right out of the apartment will lead you to some of Scarborough's top attractions: the stunning Peasholm Park and its boating lake, Alpamare swimming pool, the Open Air Theatre, and the Sea Life Centre.

Pubs, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are all close by.


All the apartments are accessed via the front door of 45 The Square and then each of the individual apartments are entered from the hallway or landing of the property.

45 The Square can be accessed by train, car or bus.
Scarborough train station is half a mile away, 15 minute walk or a 5 minutes in a taxi.

This apartment is on the 2nd floor of the block.

Street parking is available outside your apartment, parking permits are required between 9am and 5pm.
Parking permits are provided for the first vehicle, if you are coming with a second vehicle extra parking permits can be purchased. Please order in advance.

Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Please bring your own sheet.
