The Space:
Visit this incredible city penthouse with panoramic views and luxurious interiors.
This penthouse apartment is fully equipped with all modern appliances and comforts for a brilliant stay in Cape Town. The lounge area has a large TV and plush seating, perfect for a movie night in. The dining space is light and spacious and both these areas lead onto the private balcony with outdoor dining for 6 as well as lounge furniture and a private splash pool.
The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for your holiday, including a Nespresso machine, washer/dryer combo and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar as well.
There are 3 en-suite bedrooms, all with Aircon. The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, TV and access to a balcony with lovely sea and mountain views. The en-suite has a shower, free standing bath and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and access to the balcony with sea views. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with mountain views. Both en-suites for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have showers.
There is access to a communal pool where there are barbeque facilities and a dining area. The apartment block is very secure with 24/7 security and a doorman.
This apartment makes for an incredible stay in Cape Town, relax in luxury while enjoying the beautiful city and ocean views.
An inverter has been installed therefore during periods of load shedding (electricity outages), guests will still have use of plugs, lights and WiFi.
