Villa Karin is a wonderful property where you can retreat and recharge your batteries to the sound of crickets and sheep bells. It is walking distance to the pleasant village of Kournas. Here you will find several taverns, bakeries and a mini market. The 9 km long shallow sandy beach is a short drive away. The location is also ideal for long and short trips in Crete. It is only an hour's drive to the south of the island. Rethymnon is less than 20 km away, while Chania is 40 km away. If you take the trip through the olive groves, Lake Limni Kournas is 3 km away. The property has only one neighbouring house 50 meters away, otherwise it is the local farmers who use the area in which the house is located. The house itself is located on a large plot with the private swimming pool and garden with a huge flower splendour and fruit trees in front. From all rooms, terraces and the pool area you can look out over the olive groves and the sea. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. It has a super king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. There is direct access to large terraces on both sides of the room.
