Villa Evgenia II is 60m² in size set within a large fully enclosed garden. It's very comfortable, stylish and private accommodation in a beautiful location surrounded by olive groves... perfect for nature enthusiasts! The distance from the sea is only 700 metres. You have a parking space on a private driveway next to the property but there is also a parking area a few meters away for another vehicle. It has a large garden, and a very nice terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs, barbecue, sun beds and umbrellas. Each bedroom has air-conditioning. The accommodation features 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, a living room with sofa bed, open-plan mini-kitchen and breakfast bar, TV, Hi-fi, fridge with ice box, microwave/grill, 2-ring electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, bathroom with shower cabin and WC.

We love this side of the peninsula because it's more natural and not overcrowded by too many tourists. This side of Kassandra is considered a soft tourist area meaning you will not be disturbed by loud music or traffic. Nea Skioni is south facing and has an amazing view of the sunsets with Mount Olympus in the background!! The property is in a fantastic area where you will find everything imaginable for a perfect holiday: great beaches, wonderful traditional tavernas, restaurants, bars and shops. The area is very safe, and the locals are very welcoming. It’s a wonderful place to relax and chill out. The area is also a holiday destination for the Greeks so you will find the prices in the restaurants and bars very reasonable. Humbly, it’s the best that we have seen in Greece (40 Euros for an evening dinner for two persons, including drinks!). It's set in a beautiful olive grove, which is very relaxing and peaceful. A shepherd often passes with his flock and greets our guests. After a few days of your stay, you will understand for yourself that it’s a perfect place to rest, unwind and forget the stresses of daily life, soaking up the surroundings and enjoy a taste of the Greek way of life.

Sehr schön um „abzuschalten“, Natur pur

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Bungalow. Der Kontakt mit Claire (Vermittlerin) war top. Mietwagen ist natürlich Pflicht, da der Bungalow wirklich sehr abgelegen liegt. Internet ist optimierungswürdig, da sollte man schon genug Datenvolumen auf seiner Mobilfunkkarte haben, da das WiFi nicht wirklich brauchbar ist. Aber man soll ja auch „abschalten“ 🤓 Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen Traumhaft schönen Urlaub, der leider viiiiiel zu kurz war. Das "Objekt" also der Bungalow war völlig zufriedenstellend, sowohl sauberkeit und die Ausstattung waren völlig zeitgemäß. Und die gute Seele Claire, die alles Managet ist ein kleiner Engel, sie ist immer zu erreichen und gibt sehr gute insider Tipps. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr sehr schönen Urlaub in einer kleinen Idille, wie es auch beschrieben war. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder in diesen traumhaften Ort. Relaxing time

Es waren super entspannte tage dort im bungalow. Die lage ist gut und das Haus leicht mit einem kleinen auto zu erreichen. claire war ein super gastgeber und ist taggleich gekommen als die poolpumpe mal ausgefallen ist. es ist sauber, alles wie beschrieben und bebildert. schöne terasse und der pool war super. es gab einen begrüßungswein und die ausstattung war völlig in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche am perfekten Ort. Nicht weit ab von der Hauptstraße SOWAS von ruhig! Gut erreichbar, gut betreut von den Gastgebern. Check-in easy. Gut angelegtes gepflegtes Ferienhaus! Wenn es uns wieder nach Chalkidiki verschlägt...wir würden wieder kommen! Christina

Absolutely wonderful

We have had such a wonderful week. We loved the property and the pool. It was very comfortable for our family if 4. The owners were great at communicating with us, very friendly and helpful and even brought us fresh apricots off of their neighbours tree. The area is great, we loved swimming and snorkelling in the sea. Thank you Greece you never disappoint!

Entspannung pur

Optimal für einen entspannten Erholungsurlaub zu zweit oder auch mit kleineren Kindern. Strände in der Nähe. Bei Bedarf ist die „lebhaftere“ Ostküste in 15min. erreichbar. Tolle Betreuung durch Mike, den Verwalter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsame, schöne Zeit

Wir waren mit unserem 9-jährigen Sohn 1Woche im August im Chalet. Der Swimmingpool hat zur großen Freude beigetragen. Die Betreuung durch den Verwalter war erstklassig, danke nochmal. Bei der Sauberkeit haben wir einen Punkt abgezogen, weil das Geschirr sehr schmutzig war, wofür jedoch Vormieter verantwortlich sind. Allerdings hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass eine Überprüfung vor Weitervermietung erfolgt wäre. Wir können aber das Chalet absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig

Sehr schönes Chalet in mitten eines Olivenhaines, Weg ist geschottert ist aber gut befahrbar ca. 700 m. Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Umgebung mit zwei kleineren Fischerdörfern und einigen guten Stränden und netten Restaurants sehr ansprechend. Wer Rummel mag fährt an die Ostküste( 20 minuten entfernt). Kein Wlan, kein TV nur entspannte Natur und Sterne ein perfekter Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir waren zwei Wochen da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet es fehlte an nichts.

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhäuschen

Wunderbar ruhig gelegenes Chalet, umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen. Wer die Stille und die Natur mag ist hier vollkommen richtig. Die Abholung durch den freundlichem Hausmeister Mike am Tag der Ankunft war perfekt und er kümmert sich um alles. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig kontrolliert und das Wasser war immer sauber und man konnte sich herrlich abkühlen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auch vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Man hat von der Terrasse einen herrlichen Ausblick in die Natur und kann den Urlaub in der Sonne unter Palmen genießen. Es gibt im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum je einen Ventilator und eine mobile Klimaanlage, die für Abkühlung sorgen. Mit den netten und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermietern Michael und Edith haben wir einen wundervollen Abend verbracht. Hier nochmal vielen lieben Dank , wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder. Wir können das Chalet nur weiterempfehlen .

VACATION IN THE CHALET

A completely quiet environment, a bit remote, almost off-grid. Weak phone and no data signal (just Edge, which doesn't work). No air conditioning, the house cools down really slow in the night. OK for siesta (the house is still acceptably cool) but the night sleep not relaxing (except the rainy days which are scarce in the summer season), dough the double bed is really good. Not really suitable for in-house cooking (small kitchen place with small electric cooking plate, a micro and an outdoor small grill). In my opinion the chalet is excellent for young couples with no children. Price is well adjusted for the value.

Wunderschön gelegen, sehr ruhig, perfekt zum Auspannen. Schön angelegter Garten mit Pool zum erfrischen. Einfache Küchenausstattung mit Herdplatten. Betten perfekt zum Schlafen. Ventilatoren in beiden Räumen zur Kühlung. Sehr angenehm, daß Badetücher vorhanden waren und man keine eigenen mitzubringen braucht.

Perfekt für 4-köpfige Familie mit Liebe zur Natur und zur Ruhe

Had an amazing holiday would and have defiantly recommend to friends and family

We stayed in the chalet which is on the same road as the villa. We had a fantastic time. The chalet was great size for family of four 2 adults and 2 children with a decent size round dip pool. We all was able to swim in the pool at once it's a good size for four. The information given for instructions from THESSALONKI airport to the chalet was very formative and found straight forward travel. Mike the onsite maintenance was very helpful and again gave us loads of information with what we could see in and around the area. We do feel that Mike deserves a little extra pay for his hard work he puts in 😂. Would definitely recommend doing 1 big shop at lidl to start you off and then just top up on fresh stuff daily from the local shops in nea skioni. Over all was a very peaceful and throughly enjoyable stay and we would be returning in the future with other family members. We was lucky enough to meet Mr Michael brookshore and his wife. A lovely couple. Matthew and I would like to thank you for all your help with accommodating us and making sure our needs was met so that we could throughly enjoy our holiday stress free. Thank you again and hopefully see you again soon. Matthew and Michelle

Fantastic ! To be repeated !

posto tranquillo

il soggiorno, tranne qualche problema iniziale, è andato bene! il proprietario è stato molto disponibile per risolvere i problemi e sempre facilmente raggiungibile telefonicamente come anche il gestore della casa che accoglie gli ospiti e gestisce le case quando il proprietario non c'è. le case sono un pò in campagna e per raggiungerle bisogna percorrere circa un chilometro di sterrato che noi comunque con una micra abbiamo percorso senza problemi se non andando piano e prestando attenzione, però non lo abbiamo mai fatto di notte. unico neo è l'annuncio perchè non si capisce la differenza di grandezza e prezzo tra lo chalet e la villa; noi siamo stati nello chalet in due più un neonato con un solo letto matrimoniale e un divano letto, che per noi è bastato ma non adeguato se fossimo stati 4 adulti. Il piccolo cucinotto basta per un pasto semplice e comunque completo di tutti i suppellettili necessari per cucinare. Lo chalet non ha la piscina interrata ma una piscina in pvc. Molto bello è la parte terrazzata soprattutto per la notte per guardare le stelle. con bambini piccoli che amano fare le scale (come il nostro) bisogna però prestare sempre attenzione. La villa invece ospita più persone e la piscina è quella che si vede dalle foto ma il prezzo è completamente diverso. la penisola di Kassandra è piena di belle spiagge come tutta la penisola calcidica raggiungili nel giro di 30/40 minuti, vicino alla casa ci sono delle spiagge raggiungili in 5/10 minuti ma non bellissime come la costa est. comunque il bello è poter cambiare tutti i giorni una spiaggia diversa facendo in media 30 chilometri.

Beautiful cottage, great view, quiet location

Little cottage with all comfort and a great view at the beautiful nature. Owner is very friendly and helpful. A short distance from pleasant beaches and fishing villages. Cozy restaurants and bars with good food and drinks.

Villa Evgenia and the smaller bungalow are set in a beautiful, very peaceful olive grove, where the only sounds you hear are the birds’ chirping and occasional tinkle of bells’ chiming on the passing sheep. Once experienced, you will also never forget the magic of seeing a rising sun meet a huge moon from your bedroom in the early morning hours, with pine and palm trees and the beautiful sea beyond. After a few days here you will understand why we chose this place as our vacation home, and I am sure that you will fall in love with the area just as we had.

Villa Evgenia is in the middle of a wonderful olive grove where some of the trees are over a hundred years old and a shepherd comes down from the hills with his sheep, which graze on the land around our home. If you are looking for a wonderful tranquil place, then you are on the right path. If you want a bit of night life, then it’s just 3km from the next fishing village with many bars and tavernas. At night the sky is so clear you can almost touch the stars, the sea is less than a 10-minute walk and the summer evenings are an accompanied by the wonderful sounds of nature, an experience you will never forget. In the evening, a gentle breeze always starts, and you will find that you don't need the AC on, even in August, just an open window with the fan on low and as all windows and doors have mosquitos’ nets, you can leave the windows open all night without any concerns. You will not find many places like this in a beautiful idyllic setting and short stretch to the sea. The villa also provides privacy and the luxury of quiet enjoyment.
