Villa Madinina, is a charming Caribbean villa located in the Terres Basses gated community in Saint Martin.

Renovated in 2022, this villa with a totally uncluttered style, will offer you a haven of peace for an enchanted break in Saint Martin.

This property is perfectly equipped, and has a main area composed of a large living room and an open kitchen. Two of the three bedrooms are accessible from the living room. Each has its own en-suite bathroom. One of the interior bedrooms opens to a second living area and a dining room, while the other bedroom opens directly to the terrace and the pool.
The third bedroom is accessible from the terrace and overlooks the pool. It has its own private terrace at the back, furnished with an outdoor living room, so you can lounge and enjoy every space the villa has to offer.

All the outdoor spaces have been created for a pure moment of relaxation, with daybeds, sofa, and a sunbathing net where you can lounge under the sun. You can also take advantage of a space in the garden with self-service weights for a more sporting moment during your stay. A lounge area under a tent has also been designed in the middle of the garden to enjoy the evening under the stars with friends or family.
