This studio condo is just steps from the beach, the bay, and Times Square. Staying at Harbour House Inn Unit 308 you will find yourself in the middle of all the action, yet just far enough away to retreat to the seclusion of your home away from home in paradise. Parking is available for one car in the covered parking garage, then take the elevator to the third floor. Located on the second floor is the beautiful in-ground heated pool and hot tub. There is also a community room and outdoor seating area with a TV for your entertainment. A community gas grill and outdoor open seating are also available on the third floor. Soak up the Florida sunshine in one of the many poolside loungers. Heading down to ground level and out onto San Carlos Blvd. you will find numerous shops and restaurants. Times Square and the beach are directly at the end of San Carlos Blvd., just a short walk from the condo. Directly across the street from the condo take part in various boat rental opportunities, dolphin sightseeing cruises, or sunset cruises. Parasailing and Jet Ski rentals, as well as eco-tours, can be found in the Times Square area for the more adventurous. Condo amenities include climate control, ceiling fans, cable TV, complimentary WiFi, and all linens and towels are provided.

Upon entry, there is beautiful wood flooring throughout, with tile flooring in the bathroom. The decor has a unique beachy motif. This studio has a kitchen with hard surface countertops and cabinets with all the necessary items for full meal preparation if so desired. Just bring the food! There is a recessed ceiling and under-counter lighting. Appliances include a glass top two-burner range, a built-in above-range microwave oven, a mini dishwasher, and a refrigerator/freezer. The adjacent living area has a sleeper sofa with a coffee table. There is also a dining table seating two. There is a queen-size bed with nightstands and a lamp, opposite which is an armoire and credenza with a large flat-screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors lead out to the covered and furnished balcony overlooking the quaint shops and restaurants on the street below, as well as a nice view of the back bay with all its marine activities. The bathroom has a vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.
