Casa Yara - Foresta is located in Jaco, at the base of beautiful Costa Rican mountains. This condominium is on the lower level of the Foresta Residences just 2.6 km from the famous Jaco Beach. There is so much to do in this area for every member of the family. Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space.
With a fully equipped kitchen, free WI-FI, A/C, linens, towels and smart TV's with Netflix, you have all the comforts of home right at your fingertips.
This lower level condominium has two bedrooms, one king size, 2nd queen size, each with a small patio out front. The rear of the unit has an open concept living and kitchen area which looks out to a small patio and private yard. This modern kitchen has new quartz countertops and includes fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker and microwave.
The condo has 24-hour security and includes 1 secure on-site parking, community salt water swimming pool and barbeque area.

Jaco 5 minute drive

Great place with everything we needed. The lap pool was great with a nice covered sitting area. It's not overly big, but it was perfect for our 2 night stay with the 4 of us. Really enjoyed Jaco, really nice little town.

The best condo for a beachy vacation

The property was exactly as described. Cute modern and stocked with everything you need. Anna was very responsive and accommodating. Gated community minutes from downtown - quick Uber ride. I would definitely stay again. The town of Jaco was a fun young happening spot.

Awesome condo and experience

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It i s very confortable and beautifully decorated. Even better than the pictures. We had everything we needed to feel at home. The condo and the complex are very clean. The host responded very quickly to our requests and is very friendly. The condo is conveniently located close to town but in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely come back! 😊

Outstanding stay - perfect modern comfort!

We spent 2.5 weeks in the apartment and were so happy with the beautiful modern aesthetic, cleanliness and amenities. For our young family, it was the perfect accommodation for visiting Costa Rica for the first time. We all loved the shared pool too - modern, beautifully illuminated at night and rarely competing for use with others. Well managed secure access to the set of apartments. Host Anca and local support from Petra was equally great. Friendly, efficient clear communications and arrangements. Great proactive sharing of local information on arrival. Quick to respond and resolve anything minor needed. Plenty of places to eat and drink locally. We hired a car and explored with day trips. Highlights were in/around Manuel Antonio, the local Chiclets zipline and ATV at Adventure Tours north of Jaco.

Perfect Getaway

The property was spotless, communications were spot on , Anca has a process set up that is flawless, any questions we had were immediately responded to as Anca has people on site , basically minutes away, wether for general explanations “Petra” and a general repairman if needed.My wife & I travel extensively and are landlords ourselves, it’s not often we are this impressed . The unit itself was tastefully decorated like you were at home with the touches of an exclusive hotel suite.Functional kitchen with everything needed including an ice maker fridge , the pool was steps away and we used it a lot , not very busy, mature polite guests about the secure property, AC blows cold , but after a couple of days you can shut off the AC and enjoy a nice cross breeze through the unit as well , we enjoyed the entire month of our stay , we walked everywhere, but it’s no issue hailing a cab , we always felt safe and secure. We can’t thank Petra and Anca for their hospitality and personal touches enough , and we look forward to returning for a longer stay , thank you so much

Foresta Residencies Stay

A wonderful place to relax. Our host Anca was excellent from start to finish. We had so much information we felt we already knew the place before arriving. The condo was wonderful with both morning and afternoon shaded patios. The lap pool was a real highlight, quiet and relaxing. The weather was hot but we did our walks early morning and late afternoon and relaxed by the pool most days. Jaco is a wonderful town and the beach is beautiful and not at all crowded. Taxi into town is $2.50 US but the walk is wonderful and safe taking about 20 minutes. We had a couple of small problems in the condo but Anca had repair people there very quickly. The bbq helped with some cooking and the restaurants in town were awesome and economical. As a host we would gladly give Anca a 10/10. You will not be disappointed with this VRBO location.
