Nice stay

Property was new, clean and well suited for our group of 7. Resort amenities are great. Having sunset walk right there and shuttle service was nice. Just give sometime for shuttles - call about 15 minutes before you want to leave.

Great Stay

Perfect! Clean and Comfortable!

I took my mother and 20 year old daughter for a weekend of relaxation. I was a little hesitant to book this cottage given the limited number of reviews and cleanliness being an issue, but I’m glad we did! Not only was the property clean, but it was exactly as described and the location was wonderful. The management company provided rum punch upon checkin which was a very nice touch and started our vacation with a tropical twist. The downstairs bedroom with bath was nice for my mother who has difficulties with the stairs. She had access to everything needed on the ground floor. The property was stocked with all the basic necessities. We planned ahead and brought some extra laundry detergent, extra trash bags, and extra dishwasher tabs. The property advertised it had enough to get us started, but we knew we might need more. The resort is beautiful and the pool was amazing. We thought we would venture away from the resort when we planned the trip, but enjoyed the pool and activities at the pool so much we never left the resort (other than our venture along the promenade for dinner). I highly recommend. We will be back!

Stay, stay away

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived a Vstays cottage rental at Margaritaville on Wednesday, it was late, we went to dinner and then to bed. The next morning we first of all realized that there was very little toilet tissue and partially used rolls under 2 sink cabinets. Not wrapped, used by the guests before us, yes during a pandemic! My feet and the feet of my family members were filthy from one morning on the floors, which were nicer mopped, so the cleaning fee the people before us paid was not used to clean this cottage. On Thanksgiving morning I went to the hotel and spoke with the two very young immature girls running the Vstay front desk. Took pictures to show how dirty the cottage was and she absolutely walked away from me to speak to another guest calling in, never put them on hold, just walked away. I was in tears at this point, as my Thanksgiving with family members from other parts of the country, was going to be a disaster. I spoke with the manager Matt! He refunded one night, which was a fraction of what I paid but would not return the cleaning fee! The hot tub was covered with dirt and mold, there was debris in the water, just disgust. I asked Matt to speak with his supervisor and he said no, they will not help you and refused to give us any information. We found the owners of Vstay, Ace Hospitality, reached out still waiting for a return call. Matt also accused us of having a pet in the home, untrue! As I mentioned my family was there staying with the other, far superior cottage rental, Called Rentyl, and they were in a pet friendly home. They walked over with their two small pups to see what condition the house was in, the pups were on the back patio!!!! Stay away from this company, I am posting this all over social media. I am also contacting the health department! These homes are filthy. I also washed all of the sheets as I suspected they were also not changed after seeing the deplorable condition this cottage was in. The hotel is not affiliated with Vstay
