Peter’s Rest in the Heart of Central Wagga
This lovely 3 bedroom home is located in the heart of Wagga- 1 street behind the Main Street. The home is a very short walk to the CBD. The property has been recently renovated and is stylishly furnished. For your comfort we provide luxurious bedding, a coffee machine, free hi-speed wifi, two smart tvs + Netflix, a secure garage and large backyard. In the 3 bedrooms there is a king, queen and double bed and there is a double sofabed in the lounge.
Guests have access to the entire house, without interruptions from us, unless you request our assistance.
We are committed to delivering and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
The house includes a fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, toaster, sandwich press, Nespresso coffee pod machine, electric frypan, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery)- this provides an option for preparing your own meals if preferred. All brand new appliances. Otherwise, the house is located close by the amazing cafes and restaurants of Wagga.
Food- we supply some basics like milk, a variety of teas, coffee, salt and pepper, and cooking oil.
Laundry - we have a washing machine, washing liquid, fabric softener, a dryer, iron and ironing board) - again, all brand new appliances.
The property has a recently renovated beautiful bathroom (including towels, soaps, shampoos, hairdryer and hair straightener). There is a second toilet.
The 3 large rooms all have comfortable beds (a double, queen and king bed are available). A double sofa bed is provided for additional visitors. We have a portacot if travelling with bub (a high chair is also available). We also have a double sofabed in the loungeroom for larger groups.
For professionals or those who are working away from base, there is a dedicated seperate study, with desk and comfortable chair- plus free high speed wifi. A charging station is available for compatible apple and Samsung devices.
You are welcome to use the locked garage to park your vehicle. The backyard is large and includes an outdoor dining setting.
For your comfort there are new split system cooling and heating units in each room along with a ceiling fan in the bedrooms and living areas. In colder months there is a wood fireplace and wood is provided.
As a family friendly property, we are also pleased to supply kids books, art pads and a pencil case full of crayons and pencils, Netflix (along with a 55inch new 4K widescreen smart tv), and kids toys (including some toys for bubs).
We permit pets, however we do not permit pets inside the house. We have a large secure yard where pets can be accommodated. Our cleaners charge an additional $150 cleaning fee if guests have kept pets inside and this fee will be charged to guests.
Ring doorbell on the front side gate to the front entrance of the property only. Ring doorbell records audio and visual. Ring doorbell is always on.
We have considered everything we enjoy while travelling and have matched our house against these expectations. We know you will love this beautiful home as much as we do.

Keypad access- this is a keyless property with access using a keypad. Instructions will be provided.
Security- there is a ring video doorbell installed at this property. The ring video record visitors to the property. It records movement on the front porch and in the front yard only. The doorbell is primarily installed for security purposes when the property is vacant. There is no need for guests to use or ring the doorbell.
Pets - pets are welcome at Peter Street, however guests must be mindful of our neighbours and ensure pets are not left alone to cry or bark. Pets that are not comfortable in unfamiliar surroundings are not able to stay.
Noise - our neighbourhood is close to many residential homes. Our neighbours are very important to us. Guests are asked to keep noise to a respectful level.
Covid 19- We offer a 100% credit for a future date or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact your planned stay: • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19 • You are forced into self-isolation • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid per usual booking terms and conditions.
We are excited to offer our home for your enjoyment and our major rule is that you contact us immediately if anything is of concern- our main priority is your comfort. So please msg or call immediately if we can be of any assistance. We live locally and will respond promptly to any requests.
In addition, during your stay we ask that you:
Keep all pets outside. We permit pets as we have a lovely secure backyard, however pets are not permitted to come or stay inside.
Load all used / dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle (dishwashing tablets are provided).
Smoke outside (ashtrays are provided)- a fee will be charged for guests who have smoked inside the house
Keep noise to a minimum
Take rubbish out to the outdoor bins
Return all items moved during your stay to their original location
Ensure the house is locked and secured whenever you are away from the property
Place used towels in the bathtub on departure
Turn off lights and air conditioner when away from the property or checking out
Any unauthorised early checkins or late checkouts will result in a fee of $10 per 15 min. If your unauthorised late checkout impacts our cleaners or upcoming guests, you will be charged an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly Listing Fee originally paid by you, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes, and any legal expenses incurred to make you leave. For more information on this policy, please refer to section 8.2.2 of Airbnb’s Terms of Service.
