The neighborhood is super pedestrian friendly and UBER is always nearby. a Streetcar stop is located a block away and will take you to any downtown appointment and to the museums, the Civic Center, Arena and Convention Center.

Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Ample parking is available. Coin-op laundry in the basement. Free use of 1 bike.
