Niché parfaitement dans la zone de Seacrest Beach de 30a, Relax est une maison de vacances de luxe, offrant un accès à une grande piscine lagon de style complexe, une promenade rapide vers les plages de sable blanc et les eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique!

Une fois à l'intérieur, vous vous sentirez immédiatement "relax". Ce condo est joliment aménagé partout et a la disposition à aire ouverte parfaite pour la détente, le plaisir et la proximité de la famille et des amis. Le salon est vaste et ouvert, ce qui le rend parfait pour les réunions sociales. Il comprend un coin salon, une table à manger et une grande cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable.

L'accès au patio couvert privé est hors du salon. Il comprend un grand coin salon avec une table pour 6 personnes et une vue magnifique directement sur la piscine lagon du complexe de 12 000 pieds carrés… la plus grande piscine de la zone de l'autoroute 30A! Profitez de votre tasse de café du matin sur la terrasse ou dîner en famille d'accueil à la table à l'extérieur! Faites une courte promenade (un pâté de maisons, puis juste en face de 30A) ou faites un tour dans le tramway saisonnier gratuit qui vous emmènera, ainsi que tout votre équipement de plage, directement à la plage!

A fun and sweet bachelorette

We stayed here my 6 of my sisters friends to celebrate her getting married. The house was so nice and just what we needed. The HOA has been more strict compared to the few other times I have visited this neighborhood in the past. Other than that, a glorious stay!

Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is a perfect location! We loved easy access to the pool, and being in the front of Seacrest, it was not too far to walk to the beach. Also, it was an easy walk to dinner and music in the evenings. Having normally rented a house, I found the condo spacious enough for our group of 8.

Complete Package

Thius property was not only a very well laid out condo with plenty of room and amenities but was extremely well stocked and supplioed for a large group. I have stayed in the area multiple times renting Condos and homes and this was the best so far.

"Relax" Review

This 2nd floor condo is spacious enough, with 4 bedrooms and a generously-sized living area. The location is fairly convenient, as well. It is also nicely decorated. The kitchen has problems, with very old appliances that barely function. For instance, the knobs on the cooktop are completely worn off so that it is impossible to know which burner is being turned on, and to what degree of heat.....a bit dangerous, really. Also, the floors must be quite dirty, judging from the bottoms of our feet! One other item of concern would be the size of the master shower-- so, so small and cramped. We greatly appreciated the tram transportation to the beach. However, the beachfront that we were allowed to use was very crowded. And, we were there after spring break!

Relax review

Our group of four ladies enjoyed our stay. Loved the layout of the unit, location and outdoor space. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The unit does need a few updates. The cooktop only had one functioning burner and the labeling has worn off through the years. The ice maker continuously jammed but we were able to get ice from inside the freezer so it was an easy workaround. In fairness we only tried to use the cooktop the last day as we enjoyed experiencing many restaurants in the area. I have reported this so hopefully it’ll be fixed for the next guests. The entrance to the building has a lip so it was difficult to get a motorized scooter over this and should be addressed for future accessibility. Communication was GREAT from reservation to what to do before you check in and checkin/checkout instructions. Location - in walking distance to the beach, great shopping and restaurants.

We'll Be Back, For Sure!

Our family loved the location and size of this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo in Seacrest. It was just as beautiful as it looks in the photos, with more than enough space for our family of six and a nice little view of the pool from the main patio. The condo had everything you would need to cook a nice dinner (although, we didn't cook, because #vacation). Unlike many rentals we've stayed at, there were plenty of plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, and sets of silverware such that we only had to run the dishwasher once the entire week without running out of clean stuff! The property on which the condo sits has plenty of open space for the kids to run around, toss a football, etc., and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is just a quick tram ride or short walk (an easy 5-10 minutes) away from the condo. While our crew consisted of my husband, me, and our four kids, this place would also be great for two couples each traveling with 1-2 of their own kids, or even for 3-4 couples without kids (although, two of the bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom). We'll be back, for sure!

Great location - looks just like the pictures

We enjoyed our stay in this unit and would stay here again. We used all of the bedrooms as my wife and I shared a bedroom, my daughter and mother shared a bedroom, my son used a bedroom, and his girlfriend used a bedroom - plenty of room. Due to COVID, we brought in several meals - and the large inside and outside tables were very nice to have. Nicely decorated (as pictured), everything worked well, stocked with new towels and had comfortable beds. Our two parking spots were only 10 yards from the door of the building, and there was a community grill very close to this unit. We really enjoyed the balconies for this unit - especially the big balcony and table overlooking the pool. We also were surprised that the walk to the beach was as a little shorter than expected. It took 8-1/2 minutes. There are three sections of stairs to go up and down to get to the beach. The pool was packed each day, but we were able to find chairs within about 5 minutes. We recommend the "Relax" Condo.

Great condo!!

We loved stating at this condo! It was the perfect size for our 5 adult - 1 infant family. It was the first vacay we’ve be able to arrange since ours children started their careers and go married. I really can not think of any voids we felt ( except that the master bath mad no towel bars). The kitchen, living room arrangement is perfect. Loved not having to keep up w/ a key w/ so many of us in & out at different times. It was a little unclear about how/ who to use the “credit” with but we finally were able to work it out. This condo has it all …location, easily accessed & very well stocked w/ coffee maker and neospresso. Everything we needed. Hope to be back again but we’ll use public beach or 30alongueview beach service next time. Beach @ Seacrest area was set up 5 rows deep and no ramp for wagons, handicapped individuals. Too small of a beach area for the qty of homes & condos @ Seacrest. The public access at S. Orange Street was MUCH more accessible & pleasant.

We've stayed in Seacrest multiple times over the years and this year this property was VERY DIFFICULT to deal with. Our first day we were pulled aside by the security guard entering the development used for beach access because our arm bands were the wrong color. He refused to let us access the beach with proof of the reservation confirmation and required us to wait over half hour to get the correct color arm band. This was handled with such a nasty tone and was a huge turn off to staying on property. While waiting in attempt to catch the tram to the security office we were also reprimanded for trying to get on the tram at an "unapproved" stop and were told we would be kicked off the property for doing so... again this was extreme behavior and unnecessary. The beach chair rentals were pricey and they pick up at 4pm so that's a negative, I wish the unit would have provided some chairs to carry over to the beach. Day 2 was greeted with warning slips in our bike baskets for parking in an unapproved area- mind you we are a group of 9 ladies and there are other guests staying at the condo so the bike racks were full but we parked as close to them as possible, but not without notice. The pool was strict about food and drink, if you had a drink in the pool you were required to be touching the wall, and they had multiple people patrolling the pool with walkie talkies and they would come around constantly monitoring... it was excessive and honestly didn't feel relaxing because you were being watched like a hawk. Day 3 we parked our bikes in the parking spot that comes with the unit rental trying to accommodate from the previous day and this resulted in two security guard knocking on our unit door and attempting to write a "ticketed fine". The guy working did not write the ticket and we found out as a result he was send home and required to take the next day off without pay. Overall the unit was beautiful, location great, but the excessive attitude and negativity we experienced from the staff over what seemed to be something every day it is not worth staying in this unit and would encourage you to stay clear of any property in this development. I truly feel terrible for the owners because this experience has left such a nasty taste and as a result we will not be back.... if this is the experience with every guest it will only be a matter of time until owners are no longer able to rent their properties.
