A beautiful spot to relax and enjoy.

The property is in an absolutely beautiful place. The most relaxing holiday we have had. Very friendly people.Unfortunately the accommodation does need a bit of attention. I was disappointed with the overall presentation.

Lovely beach stay

This lovely little house is in a Perfect location. Gorgeous view. Lots of pots/pans & plates/cutlery etc. Bed comfy. Will be back!!

Amazing amazing really fantastic location, fantastic view the house is clean, and cute and all the basics you need. The only problem we had is all the beds are very very uncomfortable we unfortunately have left with sore backs and shoulders. We will be coming back next year but are already try to work out an solution to the beds .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the position of beachcomber; close to just everything & good yard access for boat. The new shower is great :) Unfortunately double Mattress is one room STILL needs replacing badly as 2 cannot sleep on it due to sag. Our last stay was disappointing tho as the yard was overgrown, esp under trees, & my dogs were constantly full of khaki prickles. We also picked up a full bag of rubbish,bottle tops,zipties etc from yard that we stepped on or dogs found.Usually yard is good.There also was food left in cupboard & unwashed cutlery in draw. We still love this quaint shack, but its seriously getting dated & unappealing with lack of maintenance, (eg stained kitchen & bedroom ceilings needs cleaning/painting, lounge curtains perishing/outside table held up by random stack of fibro bits/)We have been coming for over 8 years now,& hope this honest review helps future holidayers have a better more comfortable stay.

A good place to stay"

Lounge suite red cover has a lot of pet's hair and a bit smelly.. the electric fans are dusty, no power point inside the bedroom.. shower needs new one, not holding it tight and it keeps hitting my head.. if you can fix these things I think it's gonna be a perfect and more enjoyable place to stay..

Beachcomber family reunion

Reviewer Comments: Beachcomber is a great location for the river experience, also perfect location for shops, boat ramp and just plain old relaxation by the waters edge.We have been holidaying in Beachcomber for aprox 15 years we love it because we catch up with our friends who have been holidaying next door for the same amount of time. On our last night we all had a meal at the Burrum Bowls club the meal was excellent, overall always very happy with our stay.

Very basic quaint beach shack,, perfect for a couple, but would be uncomfortable for more than 2 people due to bed quality. Very pet friendly with secure yard for even small dogs. Great for boaties/ fishing.

Very very basic, but Suits 2 people really well, and the yard is small dog friendly with no gaps in fences. Super close to shops & great water views. Good yard turning space for the boat trailer.

Estuarine Enchantment

This is a wonderful place for dogs. The yard is huge and fronts the Burrum estuary. The house is comfortable and feels like the holiday homes you had when you were a kid. Great to sit on the front porch and chat to the fisherfolk and walkers using the path along the river. We'd love to come back.
