REINE dans la chambre et un lit à deux oreillers dans la maison du salon a wifi et Netflix. Les 2 chambres d'hôtes ont 2 lits doubles chacune, chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain attenante. Cette maison est remplie de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, de l'eau filtrée et plus encore. Une cuisine complète avec de la glace et de l'eau dans le réfrigérateur, cafetière, grille-pain, cuisinière et micro-ondes. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pour vous. Porche couvert donnant sur le quai avec de nombreux sièges et terrasse avec chaises longues. Station de nettoyage de poisson et BARBACUE GAS GRILL .. Surtout, nous vivons à proximité si vous avez besoin de quelque chose.
Ont également la location de voiturettes de golf pour 50 $. 00 par jour et bateau de 18 pieds pour 250 $. 00 par jour. Personne de moins de 25 ans n'est autorisé à conduire des voiturettes de golf ou des bateaux. Arrivée 15h00 départ 10h00

Kenny is a class act. The place was great for our fishing trip. Outstanding location, updated bedrooms, and ice cold air conditioning. The dock with 30A shore power and a bait freezer was more than we expected. We will be back.

Best place to stay in Bimini

We have been coming to Bimini for 18 years. We usually stay at Bimini Sands but have also rented a house a few times. Ken and Pauline’s properties are by far the best to rent in Bimini. We came with our family of 10 people. There was plenty of room for everyone at this house. Unlike when you stay at Bimini Sands, you are not charged for dockage which can add up to quite a lot of money! The house was stocked with everything you could need. Ken and Pauline live on the island and know it well. If you have any issues they are right there to address them. The house is much more reasonably priced then the others in this area. We try to come to Bimini to her three times a year since it is so close to our home in Fort Lauderdale. We will definitely be staying at one of Ken’s houses from now on whenever we visit.

Great Location, Clean,

We stayed 3 nights July 2018. Everything is as it is advertised. Very clean, lots of beds. Is equipped with everything you need. Dock, was awesome to be right there. Ken was very nice and stopped by twice. I usually hate beds in hotels and VRBO's, but the master bed was super comfy. The bugs were literally only bad between 6- 8. I only say that because I always see complaints about that. Was not bad at all, and I have a kid who bugs love to eat. LOL Thank you Ken and Pauline. It was a great stay, and we will definitely look to see if it is open next year. Longer next time though. ;)

We all loved our stay in South Bimini at Ken and Pauline's place on the canal. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, and more. The dock was great and it was so convenient having the boat right there. We rented a golf cart from them too and toured the island. They recommended places to eat and shop on the north island and they couldn't have been nicer. They were very accommodating when we were delayed leaving due to weather and they made us feel as if it was no problem having us stay longer. We definitely recommend this place and look forward to visiting again. Thanks Ken and Pauline!

Perfect for a fishing vacation

We loved our stay! Kenny and Pauline were super responsive to questions and helpful with whatever we needed. The house was fully equipped for anything you need! We rented the whole house and we had three couples and t was the pefect amount of space. Very quiet and low key- just what we wanted. Super close to Bimini Sands by boat and foot. We'll be back!

The house and Ken are great

The house is great. Filtered water to drink and hot water in the showers (my first hot shower in Bimini!). The bedrooms downstairs are more than bedrooms. They have their own full baths, microwaves, mini fridges and cooktops. Everything was clean and VERY well stocked with everything you would need. Having the dock right out your door is great! A deep freezer was just added to the out building which is a huge plus. We stocked it with ice so all we had to do was load the cooler on the boat and go. Ken even filled a bucket up to make block ice for us. Ken is super friendly and generous. We had motor issues and needed to stay another night and Ken accommodated us and even checked in on us to make sure we got home safe. Seems like everyone on the island knows and likes him. I would recommend the property and the owner to anyone looking.

Great location

Home is set up as 3 apartments, this suited us perfectly. Ken supplied loads of towels and all toiletries you could need. We even hired a golf cart from him ( Bit of an old nail but did its job). Boat dock was most useful to us as we were all on jet skis. Only fault is the lack of hot water and those biting mozzys. We sprayed everything to stop them and still got bit every two seconds ( non indoors though so don't panic). Next door is a commercial unit, however they were not a problem and even helped us when we had a problem. The big question I look for: Would you stay here again? Answer: Yes most definitely ! Thanks Ken, hope we see you next year.

AWESOMENESS ! NO PLACE ON SOUTH BIMINI COMPARES.Totally "stock House.Ken and Pauline spoiled us!!

YOUR BOAT IS DOCKED RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR.THE DOCKAGE IS FREE.WHAT I LIKE AS A WIFE IS THE COMFORT FACTOR.THIS HOUSE IS STOCKED WITH WiFi plus plus EVERYTHING INCLUDED.FROM TOILETRIES TO FILTER WATER.THE CLEANESS WELL STOCKED HOUSE I EVER STAY IN ON A ISLAND!! .WE LOVE THIS PLACE.THE OWNERS KEN and PAULINE ARE ON ISLAND .THEY LIVE ON BEACH SIDE,A 2 MINUTE WALK FROM RENTAL IF I NEEDED ANTHING.BUT WE GOT A GOLF CART FROM OWNERS.THAT WAS GREAT.THEY SPOILED US .WE WENT WITH THEM ON SEVERAL ADVENTURES. Stuart conch shack and sushi bar on north was great.We felt so guided though the whole trip.MOST OF ALL THE WILD Dolphines came by our boat.we lowered are self off back of boat and they swam so close and that was the Awesomeness experance. BEST VACTION EVER.!!!!!

Ken and Pauline Rorabaugh, we have had a vacation house on the island since 1989 and live full time on the island walking distance from the rental house. We are very well known on the island and easy to reach if you have any problem during your stay.

I have been to all the out islands and others are so out dated and uncomfortable. We recently purchased this property and completely renovated it. We have another rental house and on the same canal with Dockage too called"BIMINI TIME (TEAL 2/2) #608119 and have excellent reviews, this is our new one and is called 'ISLAND TIME" A Orange cute newly restore 2 story House on canal with everything for you. We live on the island and will help in any way we can to make it a vacation you will remember so hopefully you will come back again and stay with us. We stock you with paper goods, Shampoo, dish soap, body wash, spices, foil, ice, filtered water etc.have golf cart rental also for $50.00 per day. Forgot something..we probable have it or can get it. We spoil you rotten!
