Madeira Bay Resort # 606 est un condo récemment rénové de 1 200 pieds carrés avec trois chambres et deux salles de bain, doté d'un double balcon privé. Vues de la marina, des levers de soleil, des voies navigables et des îles. La chambre principale a un lit king size et les deuxième et troisième chambres ont des lits queen size. Les installations comprennent une cuisine complète, un four micro-ondes, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Ce condo est PET FRIENDLY. Un laissez-passer de stationnement fourni.
Le Madeira Bay Resort se trouve à quelques pâtés de maisons du village de John’s Pass et du Boardwalk proposant des restaurants, des boutiques et des sports nautiques au bord de l’eau. Rental good

We enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent. Only criticism is that the bathrooms are in dire need of repair and even remodeling.

Amazing all around!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. Clean, very well appointed, just as described and the location is perfect for easy beach access and dining and shopping! The staff is so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

Second 4th of July trip

We loved this area so much last year that we decided to come back. This property is very convenient to the beach, John’s Pass and many other walkable restaurants. The condo was very spacious and we had plenty of room for cooking and playing games. Great bay views, watching fireworks from the balcony was incredible.

Great Location

Spacious unit, great for the six of us. Easy walk to John's Pass, with all kinds of shops and restaurants along with a bunch of water fun. Literally right across the street from a public beach entrance. Great stay!

Madeira beach condo

This was a great location, plenty of room for our entire family of 5 (adult children). We walked to johns pass and beach. Plenty of things to do for everyone in our group. Condo was as described, however bath/shower was slightly moldy (more like stained) no extra toilet paper (1roll in each bathroom). No dish washing liquid, but 2 dishwasher pods. No trash bags. Kitchen was big and clean.all in all a great resort, would go back again. Only 1 parking spot per rental, we had 2 so we had to pay to park off of the property

Good Location, Minor Issues

Great Location. Enjoyed looking out towards the bay. The kitchen could use some refreshing with dishes, utensils and pans. Teflon frying pans were dirty and peeling. Dishwasher is missing the filter, so dishes were coming out of the washer dirty. No potholders. Bedspreads were dirty. Bunk beds were not fully made. Top sheets were left on the dresser. No beach towels provided, which was disappointing. Some beach items in the hall closet but chairs and umbrella were broken. The bedrooms and bath layout worked well for our family.

A little low rent

We came into town for a funeral and rented the unit so we could stay together with family. The building is underwhelming. Not well maintained. The unit looked ok in photos but the bedroom curtains didn't even cover the windows and looked like a whole section was missing. One bedroom had sliding doors that either got stuck open or closed. The closet doors wouldn't open - once we got them open they didn't close. Tub didn't drain, lots of little things. We had 6 adults and not enough towels for all of us - what was there were small cheap towels. It was just poorly maintained and everything was low quality. The building had leaks in the elevator lobby and some hallways - just not great. We know this area well and own a unit up the beach - we would have stayed there but it had already been promised to someone. We would never give our guests this type of experience. Time for some upgrades to the building and the unit.

Another Great Visit

Once we discovered Madeira Beach a few years back, we come to visit, explore the surrounding areas and fellowship with family and friends. A friend recommended Madeira Bay Resort and we just love this place. Awesome views and easy access to the beach. Check in was super easy, unit was super clean and we had a fantastic time. We will be back soon. Thanks again.

Middle of the road place

If you like Madiera Beach, this is a great location The condo has seen some better days - significant wear and tear on the furniture and kitchen items. For example, doors and screens do not fully close, kitchen items need to be replaced and there is a lack of necessities in the bathrooms. One thing needs to be addressed immediately as it is a health issue. the non-stick fry pans are fairly ruined - no one wants to eat Teflon coating, and I certainly would not cook in them and then feed my children. The whole place needs a good set of eyes, some care and most of all an update!

Friend getaway

The location was fantastic! Walking distance to some really fun restaurants/bars and of course Johns Pass. The pool is a little small, but when you're in FL, the beach is #1. We were very lucky that when we arrived our unit was cleaned and we could sneak in a couple hours early. If it hadn't been, they do allow you to leave your luggage in a spare room, so you don't have to drag it around town. We realize it's a VRBO and only a few supplies would be provided, but only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no laundry detergent, no dish soap and no beach/pool towels was unexpected and disappointing. Overall, we had a very good time.

Easy to get to Tropicana field, across street from beach, stuff to do.

Primary reason for trip was to attend baseball games. The ride to park was easy. About 3 minute walk to beach. Plenty of places to eat within short walking distance.

No toilet seat cover & no table to put your toiletries on. Thin cheap toilet paper. Small 2” bottle of half filled open shampoo. No internet when connected to the wifi it says connected without internet. Dishwasher not working. 4 small plates, 6 big plates, 2 crystal glasses, 1 smeared to white substance that can’t be removed & some silverware. If you used these you’ll have to hand wash them for the next meal. Rough towels. A small rough hand towel in the kitchen that looked really pathetic. Careful sliding the doors for the queen bed room as it gets stuck. Hard to open the unit as you’ll have to turn the key right & left to get the door open, Almost no kitchen supplies, coffee filter pieces removed from package. Will not come back here anymore.

Just beautiful!

This property was perfect for us! Amazing views of the bay, close proximity to the beach and stores, great fitness center and it was clean! The pool was under construction when we were there so we missed out on that, but the blue prints posted looked amanIng.

Loved it!

Everything g was great except we grabbed a blanket out of the closet to use the first night and there was sand in it and got on the bed. That was disappointing and seemed to track everywhere. We didn’t need the beach to get sand.

The property is ok, stains on all furniture, old bathrooms with zero counter space, no full length mirror, curtains do not cover entire window area on sliding glass doors in living room and master.

Great getaway spot

This property is very clean and spacious. The location is great. Just a quick walk across the street to the beach. Also located close to many restaurants and shops. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Amazing place! Everything was perfect; from checkin, to check out and everything in between!

This was my first time using vbro and I am thrilled about my selection! Place was actually better than advertised! We had such a great time and didn't have 1 negative thing to say! Place was very spacious and the view was spectacular! I will definitely be booking again! We had a pet and location was pet friendly. Room is right near elevators with is great for quick and convenient access. Ryan at the front desk was amazing!
