Great Irish Getaway Spot!

This home was perfect for our group and conveniently located near ND. Communication with the owner was terrific and the “house instructions” were clear, concise, and very reasonable.

Awesome Host and Property

Noelle and her family are incredible hosts and made the whole weekend so easy for us. The property is so close to the Notre Dame campus and was walkable for the football game. There was so much room in the house for our large group. Noelle was so responsive and made the whole weekend great. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place for football weekend!

We couldn’t have had a better stay. From our first contact with Noelle, she was the perfect host. She kindly stocked a few essentials in the refrigerator. The backyard was perfect for hanging out every evening. We had 8 slightly-above-middle-age guys. Each of us had our own bed to sleep in, and there was another futon and air mattress that could have accommodated two more. The house is perfectly located. From it we walked multiple times to campus (less than one mile to stadium), to Rocco’s Pizza, and to bars and restaurants on Eddy St. Everything about the state was 5-star and this house will be our first choice for any future ND visits!

Great option for large groups

Great location and good option for large groups. House is a little older, with that comes great charm and a few squeaky floor boards. Owner communication was great and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay on a football weekend. Will definitely look at staying here again in the future.

Great house for our visit for a Notre Dame football game

We rented this property for our family and friends from Boston College foe the ND-BC football game. The online photos of the house do not do it justice.. It is very spacious - the bedrooms are spread out and there is a very large living room/TV room with tons of seating and a great TV, as well as as a well-equipped kitchen and another living room area at the front of the house. It was an easy walk to the stadium (even in frigid temperatures!) and a great space to hang out with our daughter and her friends and their parents. We were very happy with this property! Noelle, the owner, was very responsive and helpful and even provided some food, a gift basket and toiletries for us!

Game Day Stay

We had such a great weekend staying at this property for the ND Clemson game. It was exactly as described on the listing. We were 2 adults and 8 teens. Plenty of space to hang out for larger groups and plenty of bed space. The house was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. The host, Noelle, even had breakfast supplies there for us - homemade muffins, eggs, OJ, milk, etc. She was very easy to work with and to get in touch with. The property is in a great neighborhood, only a 12-15 minute walk to Eddy Street and ND stadium. I would highly recoomend this property.

Lovely and Convenient!

This home was perfect for our football weekend with multiple families. It is spacious, clean, and so very comfortable. Numerous touches not even in listing and convenient to campus. Do not hesitate to book - Noelle and her family take excellent care of this home and will take excellent care of you.

Just perfect!

This house was perfect for our group made up of 4 couples and 3 singles. Plenty of beds and rooms for all. We came for the Cal game and had a wonderful time. Noelle was so welcoming and went the extra mile by providing a lovely homemade cake and even some basic groceries that covered our breakfast on game day. And she even knew that we were not cheering for her home team. Thats hospitality! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was a quick 15 minute walk to the Eddy St. area with plenty of options for dining and nightlife. And then a short walk to the stadium. If only our Cal Bears had won.... We would absolutely stay in this house again if we have the opportunity to return to South Bend.

Spectacular - great hosts

The house worked perfectly for a group of 10 people, six different parties. The layout allows for privacy when desired and great common areas when everybody wants to be together.-both inside and out. House is in a very nice neighborhood. Kind of a throwback to the old days. Seeing kids on bicycles, big trees, pleasant neighbors etc. House was immaculate and we were welcomed with gift basket, treats, homemade cake, and some breakfast groceries. Don’t hesitate. Just book it.

Perfect for our ND game weekend!

Adorable, well appointed home with lots of space for everyone. We loved kicking through the fall leaves in the neighborhood as we walked to campus. Easy host with great level of communication. Flowers, muffins and eggs in the fridge an added bonus! We'll be back.

Great Spot for ND Visit

The owners could not be more helpful or accommodating. The house is lovely, with all the conveniences and comforts one could want. Noelle is wonderful to work with and knows the town and Notre Dame extremely well. We would love to return.

Notre Dame Graduation

Incredible experience!

Extended family of 12 stayed here for a recent football weekend. Noelle reached out to us and made an easy checkin process. The house had all basic needs (beds, sheets, shampoo, towels, etc) as well as some food supplies (milk, butter, coffee,etc). The house is beautiful, well maintained, and spacious. Short walk to campus, set in really nice neighborhood.

Great house for our ND football weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at this house for a football weekend at ND. It was close enough to campus that we could walk or lime bike there. The house was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The beds were comfy. The owners were amazing to work with and checked in with me prior to our stay to ensure we had all of the info we needed. She left us homemade muffins and a bottle of wine and some staples in the fridge, and fresh flowers on the table. Very nice touches which were very much appreciated. We would recommend this house to anyone staying in the South Bend area. Thank you, Elliotts, for sharing your wonderful home with us. We hope to be back some day!

Newly renovated brick patio is perfect for grilling out, enjoying a cigar or making smores. Front porch to enjoy game day and say hello to fellow football fans.
