Welcome to Lavender Farms, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This 2024 new construction home is the perfect location for your next getaway! Enjoy 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths for up to 8 guests. The private, wooded lot with a beautiful stone fire pit offers an idyllic escape that is less than two minutes from downtown Egg Harbor. Enjoy this property as a peaceful retreat or a home base for your exploration of stunning Door County!
Groups: Considering renting the property across the street to accommodate more of your crew! "Stonehedge View" is directly across the street and sleeps 6 people.

Bedroom 2 (main level): Full size bed
Bedroom 3 (upper level): Two full size beds
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 (main level): Walk-in shower, hair dryer, ensuite to Primary bedroom
Bathroom 2 (main level): Bathtub/shower combo
Outdoor Area:
Front and back decks
Fire pit with 4 chairs (please bring local firewood)
Front porch swing and chairs
6 parking spots available in driveway
Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.
