The master bedroom, filled with natural light from wall-to-wall windows, includes a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, dresser, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also offers a double bed, wardrobe, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with daylight. Both beds will be made with hotel-quality linens for your arrival.

For added convenience, a second bathroom features a bathtub, and complimentary toiletries and plush towels will be provided.

The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival to ensure a fresh and welcoming ambiance.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please get in touch with me.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.

No parties, events, or loud music allowed.
No smoking is allowed.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
