The Space:
This rental is a spacious, well-appointed 2300 square foot townhome with three bedrooms/2.5 baths on 3-levels. It sleeps seven comfortably with two queen beds, one full and one twin. It is a second-row unit positioned to enhance sweeping views of the pacific. Enter from the ground floor, where you'll find two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, and make your way upstairs to the main living space. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open-concept great for families and couples alike. Enjoy tons of board games and jigsaw puzzles or cuddle up to a movie on the high-definition 55-inch Smart TV.

The living room offers a gas fireplace with two oversized recliner couches, plenty of throw pillows to relax in front of a warm fire, and an extra-large recliner chair near the window. Cozy up and storm watch, read a book, or relax with your morning coffee or a glass of wine. The sizeable well-equipped gourmet kitchen includes granite countertops and bar seating, rustic alder cabinets, stainless steel appliances (5-burner gas range with warming drawer, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee-maker, 4-slice toaster, and trash compactor). The oversized master retreat oasis is on the third floor and includes a 55-inch Smart TV. The views on this floor get even better! Watch the sunset or relax in the extra deep soaking tub.

The beach path is a one-minute walk from your front door.
Enjoy paddle boarding/kayaking on Hunter's Creek or beachcomb to your heart's content.

Guest Access:
There is very limited parking. Room for 1 car in the garage and 1 outside. All Guests must access the beach from the marked trail at the North end of the development for safety. NO SHOES PLEASE.

Things to do in Gold Beach: Enjoy sport fishing tours along the scenic Rogue River, one of the largest rivers in Oregon - famous for its salmon and steelhead, but great for year-round fishing with over 50 species of fish. Hike along the breathtaking Oregon Coast Trail, which offers limitless coastal and redwood paths. Take a day trip on an exhilarating jet boat or visit a shipwreck. Take a picture with a dinosaur at the Prehistoric Gardens, drive your car on Bailey Beach, or browse one of the largest bookstores on the Oregon coast. Visit the Curry Historical Museum, shop the many local artists' shops, go beer tasting at one of the local breweries, visit a wine bar or dine at one of the many restaurants and romantic dining rooms that offer ocean and river views. The possibilities are endless.
