Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in front of the canal of Business Bay and literally 10-minute drive to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. There are lots of epic restaurants to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste.

Our charming 3 bedroom apartment is located on the 10th floor so those scared of heights need not worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym, swimming pool so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.!!).

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

The apartment fits 5 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed:

Third Bedroom - 1 Single bed

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee.

There is a private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is just 4 min walk away as well as other useful shops. The nearest public transport is in Coral Tower 2 (Bus Stop) which is a 2/3 min walk.

The Neighborhood:
Business bay, Dubai is the city’s busy tourism hub, home to the nearest towering Burj Khalifa skyscraper, with its observation deck, and the dancing Dubai Fountain, where crowds gather to watch music and light shows. The sprawling Dubai Mall offers global fashion brands and casual eateries, while Emaar Boulevard has a chic cafe scene. The Dubai Opera hosts dance, opera and musicals in a striking dhow-shaped building.

Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and Uber is available in Dubai if you choose.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.

For stays ending on or before August 31st 2023, I provide complimentary linen change for stays over 2 weeks, please message me after confirming your booking to book the date/s you would like the change to be made
