Experience the island life on our private, gated property with fruit trees and sea breezes. Enjoy a welcome drink on the balcony while taking in the gorgeous ocean view. The villa is just 8 minutes from the airport, 4 minutes from Brewer's Beach (best beach for seeing sea turtles), and 8 minutes from Lindbergh Bay Beach. The trailhead for secluded Santa Maria Beach is just around the corner - only accessible by boat or by 15 minute hike, which means it is often empty of other visitors. We provide beach and snorkel gear as well as toiletries and kitchen essentials.

After a day on the beach or out on the water, you can relax in the peace and quiet of our little slice of paradise. Pick bananas, avocados, and mangoes right from the trees for a fresh, delicious snack. Sleep in comfort in one of the queen beds with air conditioning in all rooms. You’ll find lamps with usb and usb-c ports beside each bed, and room darkening curtains will help you sleep as late as you like.

Peaceful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the peacefulness of the property and just listening to the waves! The view was great! The only drawback was that you have to walk thru the first bedroom to get to the second bedroom. We made good use of the little goodie basket when we arrived!

Island Vibes and Relaxation

This is an amazing property with incredible views! The hosts, Kevin and Caroline, were super friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location on the hill above Santa Maria Bay is perfect to relax to the sounds of the waves crashing below. The villa comfortably slept 5 of us and the patio provides extra space as well. We cooked our meals here and just relaxed. Beautiful spot that we would highly recommend and came back again. Walked to the beach below and just stayed in the villa. However, renting a car may be helpful on St. Thomas because it is taxi only and they charge by the person. Can't say enough about the hosts and well the villa presented. Very clean and quite hospitable - no complaints whatsoever! There is a little yard with swings and a lower deck with a table as well. Fresh fruit on the trees as well to enjoy!
