Come and stay in our three bedroom, one bathroom home in a great neighborhood. You'll have all the comforts of home with its full, furnished kitchen, smart TVs, and onsite laundry. We're a family-friendly hosting staff, and we'll do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Explore the city, enjoy delicious restaurants, meet friendly people, and take advantage of family-friendly activities.

No parties and no unregistered guests, please.

Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. Please park only in designated parking areas or on the street.

No smoking or substances inside the Airbnb property. Butts must be disposed of in an ash tray in the backyard of the property. No signs of smoking should be left anywhere on the premises. This includes butts left on the ground. A $450 fine will be assessed if we have to pick up cigarette butts on the property or fumigate the home for the next guest.

No parties or public events of any kind are allowed unless requested and approved prior to booking. Additional fees and a security deposit of $450 will apply.

No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed inside the premises or on the property. The maximum property capacity is firm. If unregistered guests arrive without notice, the booking is subject to immediate cancellation without a refund.

Quiet time begins at 10 p.m. and lasts until 7 a.m.

For the safety of your family and friends, this property is equipped with exterior cameras (Ring doorbells and/or Blink cameras with audio/video surveillance) that are in plain view in public spaces, in the front yard and in the back yard. All are monitored regularly.

No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.

Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.

Please report any problems in a timely manner and allow us to rectify the problem first.

PRIOR TO CHECK OUT:

Dispose of all trash in the trash bin and outside receptacles when you check out.

Make sure to turn off all lights, air conditioning, and any electronics. Don’t forget to close all the windows and lock all the doors.

Check all rooms, closets, and drawers for your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost items or items left behind.

During cold-weather months, please turn the heat down (in cold months) to 55 degrees when leaving. In warm weather, please turn AC off or set to 72 degrees.

Wash dishes, strip rooms of dirty linens and take to the basement, and always remove all trash and place in the receptacle outside
