The unit is for two guests, and having more guests is not allowed. Additional guests that stay against the rules pay $50 per night.

The property is inside safe and secure access gated building with a private entrance. It accommodates from 1 to 3 people.

BEDROOM - Spacious bedroom equipped with a full bed (memory foam/springs hybrid mattress), drawer, large closet, desk, air conditioner, and pedestal fan.

BATHROOM - Located inside the bedroom. The shower is equipped with a water heater. Towels, toilet paper, body wash, and shampoo are provided. Note that the bathroom is compact.

COMMON AREA – Equipped with a full-size sofa and a dining table for two.

KITCHEN - The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with:
· brand new Whirlpool stainless steel refrigerator
· Magic Chef microwave
· Black & Decker toaster
· four-burner electric stove with oven
· Nespresso coffee maker, coffee mugs, and free coffee!
· plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils/eating utensils
· wine glasses and drinking glasses

The whole apartment is yours! However, access to the main building is not allowed.

Guests will check themselves in. The keys to the gate and apartment door will be located in a safety box. We will provide the code before your arrival.

LA PLACITA (7 min walk) – Just two blocks away (through Juan Ponce de Leon Avenue), “La Placita” hosts some of the best restaurants on the Island. This spot is also known to be one of the most famous nightlife venues on the island. It is packed with various bars and dance spots where you can party to your choice of local, Latin or international music.

CONDADO (5 min Uber, 15 min walk) – Here, you will find fancy restaurants, stores, bars, and beaches.

LOIZA STREET (5 min Uber, 14 min walk) – This famous street holds various restaurants inspired by cuisine from around the world. You can also find bars and local stores.

OLD SAN JUAN (12 min Uber) – Enjoy the oldest part of town, surrounded by its historic fortress and buildings reminiscent of Spanish colonial architecture. This area is the most commonly visited by international travelers. You can also find bars and high-end stores.

OCEAN PARK (10 min Uber) – This beach is the most visited by locals and travelers.

The apartment is just steps away from San Juan's most important and convenient public transit corridor: Juan Ponce de Leon Avenue. Buses travel in either direction towards Old San Juan or towards the Urban Train in Hato Rey.

We recommend the use of Uber for a more pleasing experience.

Usually, there is plenty of parking in the street. There is also a private parking lot across the street.
