We love sitting on our patio in the evening and overlooking Mountain Shadows Open Space.

The coveted West side of Colorado Springs offers the serenity of nature as it is surrounded by stunning parks including the famous Garden of the Gods, the versatile Ute Valley Park and beautiful Blodget Peak, to name a few. Nature lovers will be delighted to know that these parks are less than 5 minutes away and Ute Valley Park is less than .4 miles away from your front door! Our favorite park to visit is Ute Valley Park because you will see bikers, hikers, climbers, and runners all in one park! Mountain Shadows Open Space backs up to the Villas at Mountain Shadows' neighborhood. We enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking the Open Space, taking leisurely walks with our dogs through the Open Space, and going for a morning job to start our day on the right foot.
