Main/Ground Level/First Floor:

Enter the townhome at the ground level into a soothing aqua entry way. An impressionist print hangs above a shabby chic welcome table.

This main floor has one bedroom with a queen-size white sleigh bed below a simple white, French floral-style chandelier. This queen bedroom has a large white bureau, spacious closet, wall-mounted Smart TV and ensuite bathroom designed with calming white interior and gold fixtures. The shower is tiled with earth-tone geometric print reminiscent of flower petals or leaves.

Second Floor/Mezzanine:

Kitchen:

Climb the stairs and arrive directly in the kitchen on the mezzanine level. The airy kitchen has an overall light, country ambiance. Gleaming white granite countertops, lower rustic maple-wood cabinets combined with upper finished-white cabinets, create a blend of rustic and refined decor. A gorgeous, white, farmhouse sink, brushed gold faucet fixture with extendable nozzle, and natural stone-tile backsplash are chic features of this French-themed kitchen.

Sip your cafe creme and savor buttery croissants at the curved, white-granite kitchen island with breakfast seating for four below elegant glass pendant chandeliers. State of the art, stainless steel kitchen appliances include; a french door fridge with icemaker, electric range, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Living & Dining:

The kitchen, living and dining room have an open concept design. Just off the kitchen, there's a lovely sitting area and a rustic by a wall adorned with floral and impression art in gilded frames.

A French farmhouse-style formal dining table offers seating for five. The back wall of the dining/living room is floor to ceiling windows, draped by sheer white curtains. Gaze out at dancing palm fronds, coastal sunsets and ocean waves, as you savor a home-cooked meal with family and friends.

The living room has two comfy love-seats, nicely arranged around a Smart TV, coffee table, and bookshelf, beside grand windows with ocean views. There's a ceiling fan above the living area that circulates fresh air throughout the mezzanine.

Bedrooms/Baths:

The mezzanine (second floor) has one bedroom and 1/2 baths. There's a half-bath off the kitchen, decorated with rose-gold vintage-style french wallpaper.

The queen bedroom has a leather headboard, gorgeous bedding, large windows overlooking the forest glen and wetlands, sheer curtains, a large closet, wall-mounted flatscreen TV and ensuite bath with white granite modern vanity, gold fixtures, custom tile walk-in shower.

Third/Top Floor:

Bedrooms & Baths

A divine master bedroom features a King bed and ensuite bath, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed. The master suite has a swarovski crystal chandelier, and impressionist style painting of white roses above the luxurious king bed. The master has beautiful French doors that open out to a balcony with coastal views. The perfect place to sip your French-press coffee.

The ensuite master bath offers a true spa experience, with sparkling white granite, gold fixtures and mirrors, an oversize soaking tub with rustic wooden bath caddy, rustic chandeliers, and a custom-tiled walk-in shower. Wash away your stresses in a bubble bath with infused rose oils.

The children's bunk bedrooms are located on the top/third floor. The third floor left bedroom has two sets of twin size bunk beds. Beautiful flower and vine print bedding and rose-themed wall art will charm the children and grandchildren.

The third floor right bedroom has one bunk bed and one trundle/day bed and handsome toile and damask bedding. Both of the children's bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

The two third floor children's bedrooms share a marvelous lemon yellow french-themed full bathroom. There's also a small, children's balcony with a charming cafe-style table, off the third floor. It's the perfect spot for sophisticated tea parties or afternoon snacks.
