The beach is a short stroll away & the main Grace Bay shopping / resort area is 5 minutes by car. The condo boasts a large pool, stunning modern finish and appliances.

This 900 sq. ft. luxury one bedroom, newly renovated condo (in Feb 2023), provides all necessary amenities for your home away from home.

Leeward Beach Condo

The Condo, location and grounds were so beautiful and quiet. There were parking spaces just a few steps outside the front door. This made loading and unloading the car super easy. I would highly recommend renting a car because there are places that you are going to go that would be hard to get to otherwise. That being said, if you are not used to driving on the left side of the road it takes a little time to get accustomed to how the traffic flows. The grounds of the condo are so beautiful, you are literally in a tropical paradise. Inside the condo had a nice layout. The ensuite bedroom is at the front of the condo and the open concept living area is on the other side with a sliding door that opens onto a beautiful terrace. The pictures don't really do this unit justice. The kitchen and living room are connected and very spacious.This is a very quiet residential part of the island. A short walk to the beach perfect for sunsets, but much easier to drive. There's also a nice pool in the courtyard toward the entrance of the unit. The weather and beaches are beautiful.

Turks & Cacois - Living the dream!!

Our host Adam was wonderful!! Check in communication was smooth! We had a couple of littles issues and Adam was very responsive with getting things resolved quickly! We e traveled to many islands. Every beach on this island is different and beautiful just amazing! Just amazing! The condo was beautiful , very clean and well equipped. Host provided everything needed for a day at the beach including snorkel gear!.leeward/sunset beach is a short drive/walk from the condo and it’s one of my favorite beaches!!

Spotless Condo close to beach

Truly spotless renovated condo. Has everything we needed to make the 10 min walk to the pretty beach- beach cart, chairs, pool towels. Even fins and snorkels. It made it so easy to fly in with a small suitcase and have everything we needed. Pool was quiet and relaxing. Owner was very responsive when the safe wasn’t working and fixed it promptly. Excellent condo and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great place to stay in TURKS & CAICOS

I recently stayed here and it was nothing short of amazing. The condo was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals easily, and the living area was cozy and inviting, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Adam was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. From the seamless check-in process to his prompt responses to any inquiries, He made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, hassle-free stay in Turks and Caicos. It was truly a dream getaway!

5 Night Stay

The condo was clean, bright, and the perfect size for the two of us. We used the kitchen as well as the convenient outdoor grilling station for meal preparation and the supplied kitchen utensils were very sufficient. The development was very peaceful and a quick walk to the beach. We look forward to visiting this beautiful island again and would not hesitate to stay at this exact property.

Unforgettable Condo Stay in Paradise! My recent vacation to Turks and Caicos was nothing short of magical, and our stay at this condo exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped foot into the property until the day we departed, every aspect of our experience was simply perfect. First and foremost, the location is unparalleled. The condo itself was tastefully furnished and immaculately maintained. It felt like a true home away from home, with all the modern amenities and thoughtful touches to ensure our comfort. The fully equipped kitchen was a delight for foodies like us, allowing us to prepare our own meals with ease. Additionally, the living area was cozy and inviting, providing the perfect space to relax after a day of exploring the island. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service and hospitality provided by Adam. From the moment we made our reservation, his communication was prompt and helpful. He accommodated to all our needs and provided excellent recommendations for local activities and dining spots.
