Welcome to our modern urban flat. This 1,301 SQFT unit is large enough to sleep 6 with luxurious furniture, lighting fixtures, and amenities. - Minutes from theaters, restaurants, nightlife, and everything else downtown has to offer - On the Tucson Streetcar path for easy access including the UofA - Fully Stocked Kitchen - Large Balcony with Amazing Views - 75" 4K Samsung TV - Washer and Dryer In Unit - Luxury Memory Foam Mattresses / Premium Linens - Self Check-In - 2 Parking Garage Passes While I won't be available in person, I'm one short phone call away! Walking distance to the Tucson Convention Center, The Rialto Theater, University of Arizona, 4th Ave, and biking paths throughout Tucson begin at less than 3 kilometers from the home. Conveniently located 1 mile east of the I-10 highway. Exit Congress and go east through downtown Tucson. During your stay, you can use the local electric trolley to commute for free throughout the 4th Ave, downtown Tucson and to and from University Blvd. just outside the University of Arizona west side entrance. Great road biking, jogging and walking paths are near Iron Horse and all-around Tucson. Enjoy sunny weather and clear skies year-round. Two garage parking passes will be left inside the lockbox for the occupant to use during the stay. The parking passes are a $200 value. You are to leave the parking pass in the lockbox before checking out.

Tucon Trip

Beautiful corner apartment with all the amendities. One couple had to work abit and the table in the kitchen was idea for that. A lot of traffic noice on the patio but once inside, not noticeable. There were 4 of us and it would have been to have 4 chairs on the patio. The place could have used better housekeeping for the details - exhaust fan in hallway was ugly. Other wise we loved it and enjoyed the stay. Perfect location for walking and getting something to eat or drink.

Elevator Malfunction

The property is in a great location and as described online Finding the lockbox on arrival was a treasure hunt Only one key fob was available for 4 adults We managed until one couple was stranded in the elevator for 3 1/2 hours on Sat nite Response to the situation was very lax The fire department was called but could not help since building maintenance only had a key Communication with the manager was fair The other couple was stranded outside the building since the stranded couple had the key fob and there was no one on site to allow entry This needs to be addressed to avoid this occurring to anyone in the building The unit was spacious and brighto

Could have been cleaner

When paying high fees on top of the daily rate one expects the property to be immaculate. Both toilets had fuzzy growth and a ring in them (not mineral stains,) indicating that the bathrooms had not been cleaned prior to our visit. If they had been cleaned I would have hoped that the cleaner would have reported that both bathroom sinks were clogged and did not drain. Unfortunately the neighborhood was dicey with many drugged out people wandering the streets- a situation the owner can do little about. This made going out at night uncomfortable. When returning to the building a drugged up woman jumped out of a car and pushed her way behind us after we used our key to open the front door. She then scurried to the stairwell leading to the garage . I wouldnt return to this neighborhood, which is unfortunate because it was convenient to the gem and mineral show.

Amazing location

This is a fantastic location with convenient walks to most everything you could want to do. The parking situation is a little complicated but after the first time it’s not that bad. The view is great. All in all, this was a very pleasant stay and my friends and I would certainly do it again.
