The beach is right across the street, with exclusive boardwalk access, so you can spend your vacation soaking up the sun and playing in the waves. Heron Landing #5 also grants you access to a shared swimming pool, perfect to cool off during warm days, or for the smaller kids who want to swim without the waves. Heron Landing #5 also offers private access to the Lagoon. The pier leading into the Lagoon allows you a place to fish, paddleboard, or dock your boat.

This three-bedroom, three-bath beach home offers great amenities such as furnished sun decks, a private washer/dryer, and smart TVs in every room with free streaming capabilities. The open living room area is exactly the perfect place to wind down after spending your day on the sand. Gather with your friends, snuggle up on the comfortable sofas, and enjoy fun-filled evenings chatting about your daily adventures over a glass of wine, or watching your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. While you're there, you'll be close to the Gulf State Park, which boasts a handful of outdoor activities you can choose from; you can try hiking or biking through the scenic trails (bike rentals on-site), or maybe enjoy the waters of one of the freshwater lakes by kayaking and boating or just head over to the pier for fishing. Heron Landing #5 is only 3 minutes from The Hangout which offers live music and activities for the kids.

1946 West Beach

This property is in a nice loaction. There were some things that needed upgrading. The deck could be power washed. The rug on the main deck has mold on it and looks bad. Othewrwise, the property was nice.

We loved the inside of the property. Very accurate to the pictures described. The location was very nice. Not far off from the beach. The only complaint we had was the beach wagon and supplies said to be included were damaged when we got there and unusable. Also, the company that cleans the house did not do well with cleaning. When we got there the couch was dirty as well as stains on the living room rug and sand when we walked. Our kids had black feet if they walked barefoot. Other than that, it was a perfect trip and perfect fit for us!

Just Right

Our family loves to have quality time at the beach every year. This house was “just right” for us in every way. Not so big that we felt separated and not so small as to feel cramped. We loved that the kitchen was well stocked; we found every utensil we needed. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the option of the quieter lagoon. It was all “just right.”

Annual Fourth of July Vacation

Our family had the best experience staying at Lindsey's home. She was always quick to respond with any questions, even before the stay. The house met all of our expectations. The house was perfect for our family, the indoor and outdoor seating made is very accommodating for large crowds. We loved being so close to everything, yet just far enough away from the busiest areas made the crossing the street to the beach access perfect. We didn't have our wagon with us this year and luckily didn't need it, the beach access only having stairs made it a little tricky for others lifting up and down as we noticed. We spent so much time at the beach we didn't spend a lot of the time at the lagoon area, although it looked great for fishing and the little sand/beach area was great too. We cant wait to book again!

Clean and Spacious

Had a great time staying here, short walk to the beach and the pier for fishing. We had two families stay here, plus daily visitors and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Nice deck upstairs and lots of room under the house to hang out!

Great Location

This house is in a great location right across from beach access. The house had a lot of kitchen items to use and is in great shape. The pillows and beds aren’t super comfy, but plenty of space for a family of 9! I would stay here again!

Great house at a great location

Our family of 5 shared this home for a week with our friends and their family. We all had a fabulous week. The location is ideal! Super short walk to the beach and we also really enjoyed walking to the bay on the backside. Its a quiet area, but not far from restaurants. The home is beautiful and we had everything we needed. The kids loves their room and the two masters upstairs were quiet and accommodating. The pool was never crowded either. We ate every meal on the huge deck and that was my favorite part. The only slight negative was that the living room furniture, although stylish is just not very comfortable at all. A quick change out of the chairs in the living room would make this my new favorite place to stay on the beach. I really hope to stay here again.

Fun beach getaway

The house was absolutely beautiful on the inside. All updated fixtures and appliances. The location was nice being close enough to everything, but not crowded like being right there in town. The beach was beautiful and the lagoon area was a really neat touch. Definitely would come back in the future!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We loved that this house provided access to the beach, the Lagoon and a pool. It offered something for everyone. We love that it is far enough away from town so you avoid the crowds and noise, but close enough that if you want to take a quick 3 min drive, you are in the hub of restaurants, festivals, and entertainment. The beach is not crowded so you can always find a spot on the water without feeling like you are on top of other people.
