• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.

Excellent location

The location is awesome and the unit is very clean. Parking is great and the neighborhood is quiet. The only suggestion would be that the place is very sparse in terms of the kitchen wares and paper products. If you are going to cook at all while you are there you don't really have as much as you'd like to work with. No coffee maker for example, very limited in terms of glassware, plates, silverware, pots/pans, etc. In addition I'd suggest stocking some paper products, trash bags, etc. . I had to go buy them. For the price being paid, seems reasonable. Overall enjoyed the stay. Thanks very much.

Almost Five Stars

This three bedroom condo was certainly roomy enough for 5 adults. Assigned parking close to the unit was a plus. Minus one star for not having enough basics such as only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no tissues. Not much in the kitchen except the bare essentials of cups, plates, and bowls. Overall, a very nice place to stay after stocking up a little from the local grocery store.

Great location, excellent facilities, Apartment felt like we were the first ones to use it - was so clean and had everything we needed. We had been on the road with 3 kids and needed somewhere to pause, reset and recoup. We only spent 4 nights at the Nines but seriously thinking about coming back next year and spending a couple of weeks here. Thank you and hope to visit again...

Great location and amenities!

Very clean and looks like recently remodeled. Also includes access to outdoor games and a onsite gym and a great outdoor pool. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

Clean, accurate description. The shower in the master had a little hair and there were a few bugs on the floor in the kitchen. Communication difficult due to not sure which phone number to call. Response through the vrbo app was slow. Wasn’t sure whether to call vrbo, Hosteeva or synergy. Your set up of management, and who I was renting from is too confusing. Other than that the property was a described, roomy and comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay. Great location, very walkable. Near Kierland commons and great restaurants. The city of Scottsdale is a very nice.
