This home has deeded beach access that is a 5-minute walk from the house, but there is no parking there. Duck does not have any public beaches. There are many public beaches within a short drive that offer free beach parking. You will need to cross Rt. 12 in order to walk to the beach. We are located on the west side of 12.

We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT
Per the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, all guests over 18 must sign a Rental Agreement governing the terms of the stay.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-party service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
