A perfect retreat anytime of year, just 16 miles from Bozeman MT. Enjoy all types of skiing, snow machines, or snow shoeing in the winter and hiking, mt. biking, or fishing in the summer. Have the absolute best of the outdoors, all while being close enough to enjoy the Bozeman downtown area just a few minutes away. This cozy chalet provides an absolute stunning view of both Bridger Bowl ski area and the Bridger mountains. The 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home will accommodate the family along with 2.9 acres to roam around and even have a bonfire in the evening while gazing at the mountain tops! The kitchen is one of a kind and is fully stocked After dinner, Sit around one of the three fireplaces at night or enjoy a movie in the comfy little theater room. Last but not least, after your hard day on the slopes or hiking, rest and relax in the sauna!

Great retreat in the mountains

Enjoyed our stay near Bridger. Very quiet in the summer, but still close enough to Bozeman. Very scenic, with nice windows for views and a great deck.

Great location, great views!

This was a great location to stay during our trip to Bridger. We fit 4 adults and 5 kids with ease (1 slept on an air mattress). Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic week!

Nicely appointed home with everything a family would need to have fun in the mountains. Beautiful views of the ski resort and the mountains from the deck. Saw abundant wildlife while enjoying the evenings! Very responsive owner for any questions.

Great location and distance from Bozeman

Me and 4 of my friends celebrated turning 50 here. This had all the amenities we needed for a very comfortable stay. Everything was very clean. We were able to drive into Bozeman pretty easily a couple of the days to have a nice dinner. We also did a great hike to Sacagawea Peak that was a short drive to the trailhead. We did take a drive over to Big Sky area for some ATVing adventure and that was a little bit of hike (approx an hour or so). Overall a great stay and would recommend this place for a large family gathering.

Beautiful house and great location to Bridger

The house is wonderful and perfect for a family! Karissa and Andrew could not have been nicer and very helpful when we had questions. The house is well thought out and had everything to make our stay run smoothly. We would love to visit again in the summer!

Amazing views!

We had an amazing stay at this incredible cabin! The views were incredible the place itself was right out of magazine! Decor was on point and it was a perfect retreat after exploring yellowstone, chico,and bozeman Beds were very comfortable kitchen was incredible and the grill was also a great addition. It felt just like staying at a resort! We will definitely be back!

Winter ski vacation

The property was absolutely wonderful! It was clean, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware, and appliances. The view from all sides was absolutely beautiful and it was less than 5 minutes to ski Bridger Bowl. Property manager was very quickly responsive to questions. Wifi was good, but we had no cell service at the house. The driveway is steep to get to road, but with a 4WD car, we were fine. We had to use de-icing solution one morning to get out of driveway.

Amazing property in a great location.

This property is hands down the best location for skiing at Bridger Bowl Ski Area. It’s literally 2 minutes from the main base area and has views of the slopes. This house has been thoughtfully updated with high end finishes throughout. It includes amenities beyond a typical vacation rental including a full home theater that doubles as an additional sleeping area. The kitchen has everything you will need and the bedrooms are luxurious with high end linens. The host was prompt with communication. The neighbor across the street maintains the driveway and was up at 730am to plow for us on the day we had to catch our flight..

Spring Skiing

Excellent location if you’re skiing at Bridger Bowl. We experienced a few problems though. I did not see that AWD or 4WD vehicles were required for winter. One of my family drove a FWD van that got stuck several times trying to get out of the property even with plows clearing driveway the day we arrived. We were informed the main floor bathroom leaked due to ice jams on the roof but before we left there were so many leaks in the kitchen it was virtually impossible to not get wet going into the room. The oven did not heat and the air fryer did not turn on so that also made it more difficult for meals.

White Christmas

Our family stayed at this property over Christmas and loved everything about it. It comfortably slept 8, with a bonus hide-a-bed that our 6 year old slept on with us in the master bedroom. The house was well stocked with the essentials of cooking, and the hosts left out no details - including a Christmas tree and decorations that made us feel at home for the holiday. The closeness to Bridger Bowl was a huge plus for our family of skiiers, and the 25 min drive to Bozeman allowed us the opportunity to enjoy the town with its fun stores and restaurants. We had a number of game nights using the various games at the house, in addition to movie nights by the fireplace. We have a wide age range in our kids (6 to 20), and the house was set up perfectly to allow our 6 year old to go to bed early and the teens to stay up and be loud without waking our youngest. We also enjoyed the Traeger grill/smoker - it worked perfectly for the nights we cooked at home. We had read comments on previous reviews about the driveway - we had two cars, one AWD and one 4WD and had no issues, even after 6 inches of snow (the plow came in a timely manner). We would definitely recommend this property and hope to enjoy it again in the future!

First Review and WOW

Our family of 5 stayed for a week just after Christmas. We are the first VRBO guests so taking this opportunity to fill in the blanks for future guests. Kitchen is Very well stocked, we cooked many meals, condiments, gear, and surprises were provided. Bathrooms are incredible and luxurious with heated floors in the Master. Lighting fixtures, granite countertops, and appliances are high end. Comfy beds/pillows, rustic decor, fireplace with wood provided and even access to the huge garage which accommodated our Subaru with Thule on top. A snow plow came at least 1x/day for the very steep driveway. Careful here, you might need AWD or 4WD vehicle to get in/out. Views of Bridger Ski Resort are the best selling point, close to cross-country ski trails, great hill to go sledding, unbelievable setting. We did not use the media room, the gear being a bit confusing but the sauna was great. Worth every penny, the listing doesn't include all of the special amenities. Would LOVE to stay here in the summer months to see the stream and sit around the fire pit.

Wow. Just wow.

My family and I just returned from a week at this amazing property. First of all, the house is only about 30 min from the Bozeman airport. And if you ski… Bridger Bowl is a quick 3 min drive from the house.The views are simply stunning from every window in this beautiful house. The main bedroom is on the main floor and the en-suite bathroom is absolutely perfect! This Florida girl really appreciated the heated floors in the bathroom! The upstairs bedrooms are all beautiful, large and the bathroom has a sauna too. There are large smart TV’s in all of the bedrooms and the living room. The theater room has a huge screen and overhead projector. Great for movie night! Wifi was great, kitchen was very well stocked, and the laundry room was so nice! The dedicated parking spot in the garage made those snowy days all the better! Andy and Karissa are two of the nicest people we have ever met! Andy was at the house right away to help us out when the weather took a drastic turn (-39 degrees…) He even built us an awesome fire in the living room and gave me very good driving tips for the snowy days. We are already looking at dates to return. This was by far the best experience ever renting a home. The entire family can’t wait to go back! Do not hesitate to rent this home, you will not be disappointed. It is truly a gem!
