Spacious Lakefront Home w/ hot tub, dock, & private ramp.

Come enjoy the big views of Grand Lake at this spacious park-like setting home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private gate system & 600 feet of shoreline on a gentle slope! Bring the kids and enjoy the swing-set, hot tub, multiple fire-pits, and the cutest table and chair set made just for the little ones in your group. Don't worry about finding a ramp to put your boat in at... You will have your own private ramp for your watertoys! Enjoy the use of the newer dock that is equipped with a boat lift and two jet ski slips/lifts. Enjoy the sundeck and wetsteps on the dock as well. Come and enjoy a game of croquet on the extremely spacious back yard and learn the history about this home being the former location of Grand Lake's croquet tournaments!

INSIDE:
The home features an open concept with large living room with ample seating & smart TV with views of the lake. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, new appliances, and many utensils. The dining room table seats 12 people. ALL bedrooms have kingsize beds! The second common area has built in bunkbeds. One bedroom has a king bed and a set of bunk beds. Both bathrooms have beautiful granite and plenty of storage. Both washer and dryer are full-size. We provide plenty of family board games. Instant hot water heater & generac generator incase of an electrical emergency.

OUTSIDE:
Very spacious deck with seating for multiple people. For the cooler nights we have a porch heater for use. New hot tub ready for use as well! Property sits on two acres with swingset for children and three swings facing the lake. Cement walk way leading to the lake on backside of property. Plenty of parking space with one covered parking area. PLEASE CONTACT HOST FOR QUESTIONS ABOUT BOAT.

Relaxing

Annual fishing trip

The house was perfect for the 8 guy fishing trip we had, clean & spacious. We are planning on being back next year. And thanks Holly for the help when we arrived.

My nephew recently moved from California to Oklahoma with his wife and has none of his family there we went to stay a week and had the best time ever and he could not have been happier. We will definitely be back to the house.! Everything about the house was amazing on the land to the kitchen to the grill flat top on the deck in the Jacuzzi I could go on and on!

Beautiful Setting

My family and I have stayed at many lakeside rentals and this had the prettiest view! The fact that the lake was actually accessible was tremendous. The house was spacious and comfortable and King beds in every room was great! With the size and the ability to accommodate so many people, we were a bit surprised that we were only given one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Same for the dishwasher and wash machine, there were only two pods left for us to use in running the dishwasher.

Family vacation

Its a beautiful property with lots of space to spare. House is clean and nicely decorated. All rooms equipped with nice king size beds including 2 bunk beds for children. Kitchen is nice and big with almost everything you need for cooking. Our children loved the little playground, kept them occupied. We enjoyed our stay at the lake house and will recommend to others. The reason for 4 stars is because of property manager. ( has nothing to do with the house or the owners) Communication was poor and unreliable. We asked Holly about the boat, she replied that the boat is sold and not for rent anymore. She offered to provide place to rent a boat, but have never came back with it. When we came to the lake house, in a guest book the owners offering to rent the boat and the boat was at the dock. Holly was late providing address to the lake house. We were 2 hours on a road when she finally sent an address. The other issue was with laundry. In a guest book they were asking to put towels in a washer and start the cycle. That was odd in a first place, but what was concerning is there was NO laundry detergent provided. The question is, are all laundry washed according to COVID19 regulations? And last, bring your own toilet paper, because you will have only 1 roll in each bathroom. With all of this to say, we payed $400+ for these needs to be met. Would like my money back. Other then that, the house is beautiful and we had a great time.

Amazing views, beautiful home, and a stunning deck. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will be back with family and kids next time.
