Take the kayaks out to the pond and enjoy making memories that'll last a lifetime. Gather around the firepit to tell ghost stories, and roast marshmallows as the stars come out to dot the sky. Enjoy your nights dining alfresco on the deck, relaxing in the two-person hot tub, and playing night games in the huge yard.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Kick back and relax on plush furniture in the living room, carrying on great conversation, or taking in a movie on the large TV. In the summer, come back from the beach to the central air-conditioning. In the cooler seasons, enjoy the warming feeling of the gas stove in the living room. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a formal dining table. Take the day off with a soak in the large jetted tub or walk-in shower. If you need to stay connected, a dedicated office with a desk and chair is available in the primary suite. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with ample room for personal effects. Use the 4th bedroom as a 2nd living room during the day with the sofa bed and large TV. All TVs have Roku devices and a washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay.

Don’t worry about a power outage in any season as the whole-house generator runs everything as normal!

Enjoy swimming and kayaking right from the dock in the shallow, warm water of Queen Sewell Pond. The water is clean - great for floating - bring your water shoes for swimming at the house or take the five-minute walk or one-minute kayak to the sandy beach on the pond.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
