Peaceful Lake Berkley 4 Bedroom Villa with Private Salt Pool & Arcade Room

We welcome you to this ideally located villa in the gated community of Lake Berkley with your own peaceful pool and modern decor. If you're a fan of Snoopy, you'll enjoy the gallery tour of Peanuts with the private collection displayed throughout the villa! As you enter, you'll find comfortable seating and a 6-seater dining table in a spacious area to chill out and enjoy times with family and friends. Walk through to the kitchen, which is well equipped with everything you'll need from the common essentials to coffee makers provided by a coffee connoisseur and a waffle iron! The kitchen looks out onto a 4-seater kitchen dining table and the family room leading out to the pool. The family room has an extra-large wall mounted TV with full cable package and a snug but very sizeable L shaped couch. The master bedroom, to the left, has an enjoyable king size bed with large wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, corner bathtub, private WC, and walk-in closet with very adequate storage. On the opposite side of the villa, there are two well-furnished twin bedrooms and a queen bedroom. All bedrooms have smart TVs with a cable package. These three bedrooms have convenient access to a shared bathroom with shower/bathtub. The private pool area, secluded by hedges and plant life is a salt pool and is much more gentle on your skin. Yes, we bring the beach to your vacation home! There is also a gas BBQ grill you may wish to book as an optional extra so you can dine al fresco and make the most of the glorious Florida sunshine! To top it off, there is a retro arcade room in the garage with 80s and 90s arcades collected over time. Please note: to maintain authenticity, they do take quarters! You'll vacation in style at this beautiful villa that will just add the extra bit of magic needed for your Disney adventure!

Located in Lake Berkley Resort, a gated community, including a clubhouse, communal pool, fitness center, tennis courts, play areas, and three lakes perfect for a leisurely stroll. Fishing is also permitted in the lakes within the resort. All of the onsite facilities are included with your stay. The gate has 24/7 security for your peace of mind. There is a Walmart Supercenter just 1.2 miles away.

We are the property managers, as well as the host for your stay. Rest assured, you will be well looked after from booking to leaving after a well enjoyed vacation. Access to the home is 24/7. You will be provided with a unique access code that will only be provided to you for your stay.

There is a BBQ grill located at the home. If you would like to enjoy the use of it, we only require a $65 one-time rental/cleaning fee. Please note this is otherwise a self service amenity and our guests will need to refill the propane tanks when required.

If you fancy a warm dip in the pool, please inquire about our rates to heat the pool as an optional extra. We're happy to discuss how you'll benefit from the heated pool and whether it is recommended for the time of year you are staying.
