Enjoy over 8700sq ft of space between main home and casita.

The backyard is the equivalent to a high-end resort. It includes beautiful custom landscaping and lighting. Out back you will find a Heated Pebble-Tec pool, Jacuzzi, Putting Green, Ping-Pong Table, BBQ Grill, Ladder Ball, Sports Court and Cornhole.

There is plenty of outdoor seating out of the sunshine. Enjoy the magnificent covered travertine patio area while still enjoying the lavish outdoor living.

Also, out back you will find the entire yard is lined with 76 orange and 5 grapefruit trees. There is an orange picking center with everything you need to start collecting. Oranges are perfect for making marmalade, as they are not sweet, and the grapefruits are perfect for eating or juicing.

Wine bar upstairs along with a beautiful full bar downstairs with commercial ice maker.

In the basement you will find the game room, which features 4 arcade games that include Golden Tee, Big Buck Hunter, Fast & Furious, & Street Fighter (over 500 games on this machine). Custom built poker table with seating for 10. Enjoy your favorite sports or a movie on the large smart TV.

The kitchen is a chef's dream with an oversized refrigerator, gas cooktop, dual ovens' and dual dishwashers. Seating for 27 in main dining room kitchen.

Smart TV's in every room. Mesh WiFi points throughout the home to ensure you always have WiFi. 3 Alexa’s throughout the home. Dual 86" tvs in main and in bar downstairs and kitchen 55" tvs in the rest of them minus a 75" in casita living room.

The pool can be heated to 80 degrees. This typically takes 2 full days to heat to desired temp, which means it must be confirmed in advance. Heated Pool service should be paid at initial reservation, but can be added up to 2 days before your check-in. This fee is non-refundable. This way you have time to check the weather to make sure you want the pool heated.

Paradise!

We just returned from paradise... literally! Our group of 20 including both adults and kids (ages 8-14) had an absolute amazing time! The house and property were even better in person! The kids loved the game room, pool, ping pong, basketball court (even though the hoop was broken and wouldn't raise above 6ft) etc. With endless things to do, everyone had a blast! The neighborhood was quiet and close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, walking paths etc. Angela was great to work with and was quick to respond to any questions or requests that we had during our stay. Would definitely rent this house again... it truly is a hidden gem!!

Simply Amazing

The property owner is great to deal with. She was so attentive to all our needs and quick to respond. The estate is all you can want in a vacation home. Plenty of activities to keep you busy when you're not relaxing in the Jacuzzi or pool. This place is simply amazing and worth every dime!

Perfect property for my large group of guys

My group of 14 guys had a great golf & spring training trip, and this property was perfect for us. Lots of room to spread out, kitchen and dining room accommodated all of use at once. Game room was a hit for both gaming and cards. Pool area was awesome and plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the sun. We had a couple of snags (batteries died on door lock, and hot tub pump broke mid-stay), but Angela was communicative and was able to get these fixed immediately. She's a great host and was very responsive. This would be a perfect property for a large group like ours, or multiple families wanting to stay together at a single property.

Great Thanksgiving

We had a really good time at the property. We were a large group and the house was well stocked with all items that we needed. It’s a huge house with lots of entertainment to keep kids and adults occupied. Definitely would recommend this property for large groups! Had a great stay.
