Welcome to the Seaglass Cottage located in the coveted and quiet Laguna Beach neighborhood! This family cottage is the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones! It is tucked away from the crowds and right beside the beautiful white sands and crystal blue ocean of the Gulf. Featuring three bedrooms, two full baths, and outdoor patio perfect for grilling. There is a 6 person golf cart for easy beach access included and the home also has 6 beach chairs. This home has been decorated with high end furniture, the most comfortable beds, and the kitchen is stocked with anything you will need. You will be 10 minutes from Rosemary Beach and 10 minutes from Pier Park.

Third Bedroom: Two Sets of Bunk Beds- 2 twin XL and 2 twin

Living Room includes One Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Beautiful property

Our family had an amazing time here at this property! The golf cart made is so convenient to run down to the beach and to the famous Thomas donut shop! Hunter (owner) was so sweet and very good at communication. If we had any issues, she was qui m to handle and respond!

Pure Perfection

The owners really have put a lot of thought into making this get away fit for a family, couple, friends - anyone. It has all the amenities of home and some! The beds were so comfortable which is a tremendous benefit with someone who suffers from fibromyalgia. We loved this home and look forward to booking again!

Wonderful Stay

Our family loved our stay here. The house was just as it was pictured. The house was clean when we arrived. Close to the beach and golf car was really convenient when going back and forth. The beach was not overly crowded which was very nice. The bed in master bedroom was a little too soft for my taste. The grill was not cleaned and the trash can was so full when we arrived that we were unable to put anything outside until Tuesday . But none of that would be a deal breaker for me, we would definitely stay there again. I felt I could contact the owners at any time and they would have responded with any major issues that arose.

Beautiful House!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and very up to date. It was amazingly clean, had comfy beds, and excellent showers. The outdoor shower was a big plus after our long beach days. It really is just a quick ride to the beach. The golf cart was so handy! We were able to quickly get to the beach, Thomas’, and the grocery store. It also was the highlight of our 2 year olds trip!! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation cottage!

We felt so at home! The property owners were easy to get in touch with, responded to questions quickly, and shared lots of information before we arrived. The home is BEAUTIFUL, comfortable, so really well equipped. The kitchen was so well stocked that it was like being at home 😉. The mattresses were comfy, the towels were soft, and having the golf cart and beach supplies was just perfect. We will definitely go back!

Perfect home away from home

We had the best time at our home away from home! Everything was perfect and clean. Hunter definitely thought of everything when they set up the home! Having the golf cart also made it super easy to get to the beach, and store. The owners were extremely nice and when I reached out to them they replied right back. Let me make it clear we had NO problem at all I just had a question about the golf cart parade for the 4th of July which came right by the house so our grand baby was excited when he got to see the parade. Everyone was so friendly. We will definitely be back. The home accommodated our every need!

The home was nearly new & stocked!

Very nice home, short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The owner was so nice and easy to reach. The neighbors were all very nice, enjoyed meeting them up and down the block. A great vacation home 😊 being pet friendly was great!

Coziest home!

We had a wonderful stay for our Spring Break trip. I typically am most picky about cleanliness and this was one of the best cleaned rentals we’ve stayed in. Communication was a breeze as well! We enjoyed the puzzle selection on our stormy day. The golf cart was a huge plus in getting to the beach-so easy! My family enjoyed our stay here and hope to return. Thank you for sharing your precious home, we enjoyed every minute!!

Cozy cottage perfect place

We’d return here in a heartbeat when we return to the area. We stayed for a month and the cottage was perfectly appointed for us and our guests. The beds were comfy, the linens were nice, the kitchen was great for self catering. Host was very responsive to questions. We loved the patio and the 1 minute cart ride to the beach. Can’t wait to return.

Christmas Beach Vacation

OMG! What a great property. So modern, clean, and spacious for our group of four for Christmas. We spent a lot of time at the home because of the cold, and it had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with good quality linens. We love the location because it is close enough to good restaurants, shops, and it is only a couple of blocks away from the beach. We will be back.

Outstanding property

The towels were luxurious. All appliances were high end and brand new. The TV was huge. The sofa and chairs in the living room are new and very nice. The patio was big with nice furniture. The golf cart was fun quick ride to the beach. Great property.

A perfect Vacation house……

We were delighted to find such a modern and clean space right near where we wanted to be. It was the perfect place for us to stay. Michael was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The house was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily! Did I mention that it’s 2 minutes away from the beach. My family was very happy. This was a wonderful property and great location. There is nothing I would change about it. My family really enjoyed the house. The most comfortable beds we have ever sleep on. The owners were great and helped with anything we needed. Will stay again.

First, can’t beat the communication with the property owner - they are on top of it from booking to check-out. Second, this house is brand new! Next, it’s adorably decorated on the inside with all the pleasantries of a real home, which is what it feels like during your stay. And this place is only 2 blocks from the beach… which is close on their 6 passenger golf cart! Far enough away from Panama City Proper to be out of the traffic and always plenty of room on the beach. You won’t regret booking here, thank you for having us! ❤️

Perfect location, awesome property and great hosts

Check-in and communication with the host were so simple. They were available for any question and responded immediately. Beautiful property with everything you could want for a beach vacation. The bunk beds were awesome and the kids loved them. All the beds were very comfortable and the rooms/bathrooms super clean. They had appliances that other rentals don't have ... kettle, toaster, and fully stocked kitchen. All smart TV's with Disney and others steaming connected (You need your own Netflix login.) Outside patio with beach shower and barbecue. Leaving the best for last ... the 6-passenger golf cart (with stereo) was so much fun to drive. Definitely will be returning to this property next time we are in this area. Thank you, Michael and Hunter.

We fell in love with this area when looking to purchase a home down here. The Laguna Beach neighborhood is so quiet and family friendly. We love that you will be located right in the middle of pier park and 30A. The local restaurants and grocery store are just a short golf cart ride away! We hope you enjoy this home as much as we have and make many fun memories here!
