The apartment has been fully redesigned, bringing together the charm of a traditional Cretan interior with all the modern comfort you've grown accustomed to. Pristine hardwood floors and high ceilings give this home an unmistakable elegant Cretan flair.
The leaving room, with a big size TV, offer plenty of room for friends and loved ones to lounge at ease. The open kitchen is fully-equipped with a ceramic stove top, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Quick passage between the kitchen and dining area makes cooking and entertaining easy.
The bedrooms are a haven of peace with modern design and comfortable layout, fitted with a queen-size bed, an entire wall of closets and bedside lamps. The bathroom offering a freshly tiled shower area, sink, and toilet.
The balconies and the private terrace offer a breathtaking panoramic view of Chania.

This stay has that is needed. Truly convenient location, near cultural sites, restaurants, shops. Spacious living area, with real kitchen, bedrooms with comfortable beds. Though within the old city, among bars and restaurants and shops, the sound was muted once you closed the terrace door allowing for a restful sleep. Loved the early sounds of the old city waking and watching from the terrace. So lovely to step out on to the terrace and view the water and lovely street. Also, great communication and helpful guiding by host. I will only consider this place when I return.

Location, Location, Location

This property is clean, in an excellent location of Old Town Chania, and gives the feeling of staying with family. Beautiful religious icons on the wall, antiques, and paintings specific to Crete. The property is extremely clean. The kitchen is sufficient to cook meals. Any supermarket or pharmacy items, restaurants, coffee houses and gelaterias are all within 100 meters or less. The harbor is within 100 meters, but recommend exploring the back alleys, where the experience is a bit more authentic. Bathroom is European small, in keeping with the rest of Greece. We stayed with 2 of our adult children. Our 21 year old daughter relived her childhood days of wanting to be a princess....the upper BR is like that of a doll house, complete with a private balcony! Old Town is an auto-free zone except for motorcyles, garbage truck and police. This makes it extremely pedestrian friendly, especially with young children. It is important to understand that guests who choose to stay in Old Town Chania will need to be able to walk up to 1/2 mile from parking outside of this area on a daily basis if leaving the area for daily excursions. Street parking is easy to find. Elevators do not exist in Old Town due to the age of the structures. If you do not have the ability to take stairs with your luggage, then this may not be the place for you. If you are relatively able, wonderful balconies that overlook the town fountain for morning espresso await. We would highly recommned this property!

Elegant lodging in an Excellent location!

The apartment is very well situated, unique with 3 balconies! The owner provided special touches like some food and drinks stocked in the kitchen. The unit has air conditioning. Everything was exceptionally clean. I am very pleased w our stay.

Old World Charm

The apartment is elegant and well stocked. It is light and airy. The beds were very comfortable. Christina had water, milk and juice for us when we arrived. She was quick to respond when we called. We found great restaurants a short walking distance away.

Fantastic apartment

This is a fabulous apartment. Location is outstanding. Layout is wonderful. Very clean and very nicely decorated with everything you need at your fingertips. The beds were very comfortable. The two terraces are charming and a delight to sit on any time of day. Even though you are right on the main pedestrian way in Chania’s old town you do not hear much noise at all in the apartment. Also the air conditioning is great and cools the apartment off if needed. The bathroom is clean but small so if you have more than 2 people staying that might be challenging. I stayed for 3 weeks by myself most of the time. I had a friend visit for 4 days. I would only offer one small bit of advice for the owner. At times when I was trying to get more information on the apartment and secure the rental no one got back to me for several days. This was a bit frustrating especially when trying to lock something in. I’ve never had that happen on vrbo as most owners get back to you in a few hours or at most within a day. If you don’t mind that then this is otherwise a fantastic place to stay.

Lovely apartment with great location

This apartment was beautifully renovated, with polished wood floors and Persian rugs. It’s really charming, and located just metres from the harbour. It was well thought out, with everything you might need, including cooking and bathroom essentials, and even an umbrella. The manager had stocked the fridge with some breakfast items before we came, which was very nice. The upstairs room has plenty of windows, and a lovely little patio to sit out on in the mornings. My only caution is that there are a lot of steep stairs to access it. If you are not in good health, or you are elderly, this may not be the place for you. We loved it though, and would happily return again.
