Great place!

Great place to stay. Our only issue is that the room did not match the description. It was listed as 2 BR with one king and one double room. We ended up with 2 kings. The desk said if you book through VRBO and not directly that it isn’t guaranteed.

The only complaint I have is someone was smoking pot in the room above or below us. The guest bathroom in our unit smelt horrible the whole stay

Difficult to decide....

Communication with the management company is easy and responsive. The property is clean, check-in is efficient, but then follows the push to listen to the time share sales pitch. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. Condo is clean. Location is convenient to food and shops. The pools and beach are very convenient, but boy oh boy, is it crowded. You'll be among your 500 new best friends, and many of them smoke, and play loud music...or decide to play soccer directly in front of your chairs and towels. I realize this isn't the fault of the property.

Overall, great stay!

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were there for a week and were traveling for a dance competition with our two younger children. The room was clean, very spacious and had everything that we needed. It was comfortable and everything was in working order. Location was great as we could walk to most all of our destinations, the beach was steps away and was clean. The pools were great and our kids loved the lazy river. Parking was easy in and out as well Downsides: the hotel is on the main strip and at all hours of the night, there is drag racing or something where the revving of engines is insanely loud. We had all windows closed and sound machines cranked and it felt like the vehicles were in our living room, 19 floors up. The elevators seemed to constantly be not working and would take 20-30 minutes on average to get on one. It was terrible. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't the best. Daytona is a bit run down and you can see it reflected in a lot of areas immediately surrounding and as you go further out. Overall, the stay was great and I would stay here again if we were needing to be back in Daytona for dance.

My family and I came knowing already about this hotel. My teenager children loved staying here and can’t wait to go back. The pools, the staff, our room was all wonderful! Very spacious and exactly what we needed for vacation! Would recommend this hotel!!! We will be back next year!!! 🔥❤️
