Charming Beachside Condo - Sunset View of Gulf from Balcony/100 Steps to Beach

Enjoy your Florida vacation in a beachside condo that has all the comforts of home! This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2nd story unit off the Gulf of Indian Rocks Beach. IRB is a quiet, family-friendly area on the Gulf with short commutes to both Clearwater and St. Petersburg. There are many surf shops, bakeries, restaurants, and bars local to IRB within walking distance of the condo. The unit offers a queen bed in the master bedroom, a full bed in the guest room, and a full sleeper sofa in the living room. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy your meals and conversation in the dining area or on the balcony. The balcony has recently been renovated and updated with new furniture, including two comfortable egg chairs to relax in! Other conveniences include: free WIFI, 3 flat screen TVs, full washer and dryer, bath/beach towels, A/C, ceiling fans in every room, and beach chairs. There are 2 spots available to park your car(s) in covered parking under the building. Plus it's less than 100 steps to the beach! This is our family's "home away from home" and we hope you enjoy your get-a-way here as much as we do!
We prioritize everyone's health and safety! In order to protect all our guests, we have the condo professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay.

Awesome time

Perfect beach condo with plenty of space for six people. Beach access is a 1 minute walk and plenty of fun restaurants close by.

Indian Rocks Beach stay

This was a great condo!!! The condo was more than comfortable for my wife and two kids. You couldnt ask for a better location, with easy and quick access to the beach.

Great location!

We had a perfect long weekend getaway. The property is a two minute walk to the beach. Unit was a very nice and just as advertised. Communication with the host was perfect! I highly recommend this property!

Great location wonderful sunset

We enjoyed our time at this condo. The neighbors were great and the access to the beach was a breeze. We’d love to visit this home again. Its shame we couldn’t stay longer due to guests on either side of our trip. We hope they enjoy their time at the condo as much as we did.

A nice getaway

Did like the location. Great restaurants in the area. Liked that the beach access was not a public access. Both beds need to be updated. It is close to the neighbors. But also very close to the ocean.

Location Location!

Lovely condo. Well equipped and clean. Kudos to the condo association for having recycling. Many in Florida don’t. Down the steps & around the corner to the beach, loved it! Enjoyed watching the sunset from the deck and the beach. Comfy deck furniture. Beds were comfy too. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Spring break first trip to the gulf

This was our first trip to the gulf coast. We enjoyed the stay and the rental was great for the price. It’s a little outdated but that only made it feel more like home. The only thing I would recommend is updating the electric/switches. The locations of switches didn’t really make sense and there were as many that did nothing as something. Also the dining tabel light flickers.

A little updating

Property location and cleanliness was really good. Love the short walk to the beach. There are a few things that need updating/repaired. Dishwasher doesn't get dishes clean, the lights over the DR table flash on and off at times, and several plug in outlets did not work.

Lovely area, inviting space, but needs a lot of updating!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Ioved the sun sets! But this place needs a lot of love. The beds are very uncomfortable. Second bedroom is only suitable for a young child. Bedding is threadbare and unwashed. Towels are old and stained. Kitchen cabinets should be cleaned and reorganized. I really don’t want other peoples food in the fridge and cabinets! The patio furniture should be updated. We were lucky we brought our own chairs to make it comfortable. Despite it all , we were there a month . We had the best weather . Met lovely neighbours. Enjoyed the beach and restaurants.

Perfect family vacation!

The condo was amazing! If I could rate it more then 5 starts I would! Been to all over Florida and this was my favorite place to stay! The location is perfect So close to the beach, which wasn’t overly crowded! Just a short drive up to Clearwater or John’s pass, Great local restaurants nearby, Cafe de paris, that is in walking distance “ we went there everyday they were open” - it’s to die for! The patio was nice to relax on and have a morning coffee or evening drink and listen to the ocean, loved the egg chairs so much I ordered one for home. Beds were comfortable And the condo was outstandingly clean with nice amenities! The kids really enjoyed the beach toys! The host was easy to contact and gave great ideas! Thank you for sharing a piece of paradise with us! We couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay! We loved it so much we are booking it again for thanksgiving! See you then IRB!

Birthday getaway

From the moment we arrived at the house my friends and I was impressed. We were having trouble with the lock box and they responded right away and had a neighbor help us. We then walked in and on the table was a life gift of chocolates and wine to start the celebration off which I very much appreciated. The fact that it was steps to the beach was what we enjoy most we didnt need to pack a lunch we could go back and make lunch. The bed were also very comfy for a good night sleep !! I love how we could go to clearwater beach and go to st Pete's since the area was somewhat in the middle. My friends love how they had a book recommendation of places to go to and how they had a book that you could write your memories which I very much love .. I highly recommend staying here as it super cute and quaint for the a beach vacation.

It was great!

We had a great experience at IRB. The condo was great! Clean, decorated nice, beds where comfy, right on the beach, close to anything we needed, had great communication with the owner! Overall great experience. The out door patio furniture is super cute, although the bar stool chairs where not very comfy to sit in to play a game of rummy, the egg chairs where great ! I would 100% stay at this location again! Nice, clean, convenient!

IRB Family Retreat

This property was everything we expected & more! The host was incredible & even allowed an early check-in so we could get in some more beach time! Spacious layout for 2 adults & 3 kids. A great view of the FL sunsets every evening & a very short walk to the beach. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for an IRB family retreat. 🌴☀️

The master bedroom needs a closet. The contact person's voice mailbox was full had to email her. The upstairs neighborhoods were very noisy which started at 6:00 am. Other than that the location was perfect. Thank you

We didn't stay at our condo because it wasn't clean when we arrived.

We arrived to a dirty condo in a very.area we didn't feel comfortable in.The parking was difficult for our SUV. Had a difficult time trying to solve the issues. The owner got a hotel for us that night and we left the area the next day .The neighbors to the left we loud and noisy at 4 :30 in the afternoon. The 2 bed rooms backed up to that neighbors, which would have made it impossible to see. We were very disappointed and headed home back ky.after a stop by my daughter's at land O Lakes. We would appreciate a refund please.
