This location has a Kelowna address sandwiched between the city of Kelowna and Lake Country town. You will feel like you are at the lake for your well deserved away time or enjoy the peace of getting some work done before you play if you have to work from home, even on your holidays.

Only 15 minutes from the Kelowna Airport this suite has it all.

Private stairwell leads you to the entrance of your spacious 1 bedroom suite.

Fabulous kitchen that includes an oversized fridge and freezer, walk in pantry, gas stove along with quartz countertops that includes a large island to do your meal prep. Enjoy your meals at the Bar height kitchen table. We have tried to think of everything, the kitchen is equipped with coffee machine , kettle, food prep utensils, pots pans, and serving utensils as you would expect.

This great space has a open modern feel with sofa, more storage, TV and Blu-ray. WIFI and access to Netflix. There is a wall of glass to enjoy the beauty of the Okanagan Lake from inside.

Bedroom has a queen bed with a huge walk-in closet with ample storage and washer and dryer.

The full bathroom has heated tile floor, shower and tub.

The large deck faces west so you can take in the sunset while having a drink after a full day of activities and enjoy the view. There is a BBQ, bistro set, an umbrella to give you a little shade. Enjoy the beauty around you including Kelowna city lights after dark twinkling in the distance. Quiet time is 11 pm as sound travels in this lake community.

The entire suite has been sanitized using Vital Oxide (https://www.vitaloxidecanada.ca/) authorized by Health Canada and the EPA for use against Sars-Cov-2 the Coronavirus that causes Covid19.

There is so much to see and do nearby. Some examples:
- 10 minute walk and you are at the beach where you can have a swim.
-15 minute drive and you are at at any one of 3 of the nearest wineries Arrowleaf, Intrigue and Ex Nihilo and so many more close by.
-You can book a wine tasting tour with local tour operators or just take a scenic drive from your holiday home.
-20 minute drive to downtown Kelowna to shop, enjoy restaurants and the beach lifestyle Kelowna offers
-10 minute drive and you are in Winfield (Lake Country) where you can pick up groceries, shop, go to restaurants, go to the park, farmers market and find a quaint coffee shop.
-Less than 20 minutes you can find a market or a u-pick to enjoy the Okanagan fruit of the season and there are many farmers markets where you will find local fare
-One hour drive to Big White or Silver Star
-30 minutes to Vernon
--take a drive around the lake and check out Fintry Waterfall on the west side or Okanagan Resort just across the lake from here and check out West Kelowna and the wineries there as you head back
-a two minute walk and you can take one of the many trails and head up to the summit of McKinley Park and check out the tremendous vista.
- 10 minute drive away you can park and enjoy a walk or bike ride along the Rail Trail which will take you along Wood Lake and Kalamalka Lake. (Rail trail goes from Vernon to Penticton)
