Winter Park Condo - Minutes to Slope & Downtown!

Updated downtown Winter Park condo on the free shuttle minutes to Winter Park resort and a short walk or shuttle ride to shops, restaurants and breweries. The new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with all the essentials to serve meals or host friends for a drink after a full day on the slopes. Warm your feet by the fire and retire to either of the two bedrooms w/ private bathroom. Our condo is the closest unit to the community pool and hot tubs. Enjoy the shortest walk after a cold day on the slopes!

As guests, you'll have access to the entire 2-bed 2-bath condo with living and dining areas plus a brand new kitchen. The community clubhouse offers a lounge and banquet area plus outdoor seating and a grill. Indoors there is a pool and 3 hot tubs to soak in.

Other things to note
The official unit number is Bldg #3-101 but the number on the front door is #03-11. When you turn off of Hwy 40 onto Village Dr. you'll see the clubhouse on your left and we are the first building on your left past the clubhouse. The front door lock is accessed by a 4-digit code that will be made available to guests after booking and before arrival.

Wonderful place!

What a great place! It was simply perfect for our family. The location was just right for town or the ski resort. The condo was stocked with so many amenities from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Plenty of blankets and linens. The fireplace was especially cozy. We will definitely stay again.

Very nice condo and good location to take shuttle to ski resort

It was a surprise to see a sauna in the pool area, although it was not listed in the amenities. However, we were disappointed because it was not in service. We were happy that the sauna was back in service in our last two days.

Pet and Kid-Friendly!

Perfect little spot for a long weekend. Just the right size for our family of 4 (+ dog) to eat/sleep. Short distance to the slopes and downtown Winter Park. Updated bathrooms were a nice touch. Tyler was easy to work with and communication was reliable. Very much appreciated the minimal check-out process.

Great condo

Everything was great, easy access, communication with the host was easy and quick responses. The only thing we had a problem with was access to the hot tub.

Nice condo!

As described, comfortable, convenient with well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the pack-n-play for our infant. We did miss some form of storage in the rooms, like a chest of drawers for socks/clothing. We ended up keeping things in suitcases. Had a kitchen sink clog and owner was very responsive. Drano under the kitchen sink did the trick! Fire extingusher at the entrance needs to be replaced. Some of the extra blankets we needed were found folded on the floor of the closets...so we were not really sure if they were clean, because they were on the floor. Short walk to clubhouse or main road to catch the bus/Lift.

Great place

Fantastic place, larger than expect and quiet. The perfect distance to town for a little walk. Hiking for dog/family right out of the door (basically) great for a morning stroll or evening stroll, or both. The pool is steps away which our 5 yr old loved. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Ski trip Dec 2022

Condo was just as advertised. Kids loved the roomy queen size bunk beds. Queen bed in other room was comfortable as well. We would have liked to have a dresser in each room, there is a closet in each room but limited space to store all ski clothes and regular clothes. Kitchen was very nice and had tons of amenities, spices, utensils, pans, etc. Made it easier to make meals. Yellow Line bus stop was right out our door and a short 5 minute ride to Winter Park village. Clubhouse is right next to condo, the 3 hot tubs, a sauna, and a pool made it relaxing after a day of skiing. Parking was just up a short set off stairs from 1st floor condo. Dining room table was spacious, the lamp above dining room table got hot as it has old style bulbs. Great stay would definitely rent again.

Ski Weekend in winter park

Great location. Fun area. We only had one hiccup on the day of our arrival. We arrived to the place not being cleaned from the last renters. I contacted the manager and he said it would be cleaned the following day. We were compensated and all was well. I would recommend this property.

Beautiful property, close to everything you could want

We came up to Winter Park for a 2 day snowboarding trip with our dog. We had a blast and this was the perfect place to unwind. Only 5-10 minutes from the park and 2-5 minutes to good food. Would like to stay again!

Perfect Spot for Weekend Mountain Get Away!

My husband and I spent the weekend in Winter Park and this property had everything we were looking for! The ground level unit was nice and quiet and everything was updated and modern! Property manager, Tyler, was very responsive and easy to work with! We would plan on staying here again any season, but the aspen trees were perfectly golden and it was the ultimate fall weekend!

Quiet and relaxing

The property contained everything needed for a relaxing get away! It is conveniently located in a scenic neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the fireplace on chilly evenings. My only complaint is that the platform bed in the master bedroom is dangerous and painful for someone with limited field of vision - I ran into every time I got in or out of bed and have egg sized knots on my shins.

Great Stay.

For starters, it was clean. That’s the one thing with vacation rentals that’s hit or miss and it was clean. Second it was completely as expected if not better. We have stayed at some places where the patio faces a junkyard or there are really wide angle photos with no square footage and the photos overpromise. The place was great. Everything you needed. The location was fantastic. Right on the edge of downtown WP and also were able to walk out the back door and choose tons of hiking trails. My husband biked Trestle daily, and our dog and I hiked up to the resort (2.5 miles) to meet him or take the gondola up for more hiking. When he (dog) wasn’t passed out from excitement, he was glued to the sliding glass doors watching chipmunks. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful place

We really enjoyed our time here. We felt they had everything we needed to have a wonderful time. We are satisfied with our stay, the pool and hot tub and even a little trail to walk up the hill to the other condo’s. We would stay here again.

Good ski vacation

We had a great stay for a short ski trip. The condo is a little small for 5 adults but we had a good time. Very convenient to the hot tub! We appreciated the spacious kitchen.
