The Space:
As you enter the apartment, you'll be welcomed by the beautifully designed open-plan space that combines a modern kitchen, dining, and living area, all with ducted air conditioning throughout. The spacious balcony extends from the living area, offering a perfect spot to relax on the outdoor sofa and enjoy the coastal breezes. The contemporary living room features a plush chaise sofa and a large smart TV, creating an ideal space for unwinding.

Bathroom Two/Powder Room: The second bathroom is located between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3, featuring a shower and vanity, along with a separate powder room that includes a toilet and sink.
Bedroom Three: The final bedroom is perfect for the kids with two king single beds, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan and a wardrobe cupboard.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
