Exceptional Ocean Block Retreat with Stunning Sunset Views

Renovations complete! All new kitchen as of May 2022, new flooring in main floor and on stairs, freshly painted, new master shower with river stones.

Wonderful five bedroom, four full and one half-bath home located in the sought-after Cotton Patch Hills community in North Bethany. This ocean block coastal home is ready for your family and guests to enjoy endless times at the beach. Cotton Patch Hills also offers a marina, boat ramp, kayak launch/storage and tennis/Pickleball courts. Off street walkways lead directly to the private ocean beach.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, enjoy a cocktail on one of the many decks or inside the three-season room. On the main level, this home features four bedrooms, one with its own private bath for a total of three baths, washer/dryer, and a wraparound deck.

The top level is open, airy, and inviting, featuring a spacious master bedroom with private bath/ Jacuzzi tub/shower, great room/living/dining area, half-bath, a three-season room and screened porch to relax in. Enjoy the fireplace on a cool evening while relaxing in the great room. Outdoor leisure can be enjoyed on the many decks around the house, four of the bedrooms open onto decks. Propane grill for easy meals at home.

Beautiful views of sunrises on the ocean and sunset on the bay can be enjoyed from the windows watch/deck.

A generously sized hot tub on the second floor balcony makes this an ideal home for a relaxing beach stay. Hot tub is serviced Saturdays, between guests.

Girl’s Weekend

The property was beautiful and exactly as listed. It was clean, and a short walk to the beach. It suited our needs perfectly. With that said-there were some issues-(no hot water, hot tub was broken). The host was extremely responsive and did his best to rectify the issues. When he couldn’t get the issues resolved, he did a partial refund-which was appreciated.

Fun in Bethany

We had a great week staying in this beautiful home. Kitchen and floors have been redone and are fabulous. House is in a terrific neighborhood (Cotton Patch Hills). Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Pickleball courts are in the community. Beach was pristine.

great off season location

Pictures are accurate. Several small things- lights burnt out and broken toilet seat feedback so hopefully this is fixed for next tennant. Very clean and nice large main living space. Will def return next year.

Love it or clean it!

Nice place with good location but very disappointed that it hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived, especially given the high cleaning service fee. Looked liked squatters had been living there. We spent 2 hours cleaning the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, sweeping, wiping, emptying the trash cans, etc. before we could relax and enjoy our weekend vacation. Ugh!

Location is great! Kitchen is great.. the rest needed an update , bedroom closet has lots of junks. You have to bring your own bedsheets/pillowcase!!!

Clean, large rooms, great outdoor spaces, ample covered parking, lots of amenities provided. Road noise can be an issue if you like to keep the windows open.

Winter retreat!

Overall our stay was lovely in this well appointed house. It is difficult making contact with owner who is basically the contact person. Some things that needed repair or replacing and she wasn’t available. Location is A +. Loved Cotton Patch

Great family house!

The layout of the house is perfect for multiple families- bedrooms are good sizes, lots of bathrooms and the communal space is comfortable and large. The location near the beach is perfect for families, you don't need to cross any streets (or walk on any for that matter) to get to the beach. Maybe this is common, but when they say bring linens, you have to bring ALL- hand towels, dish towels, etc. We had to purchase paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Again, maybe that is typical for beach rentals, this was our first! The sunrise and sunset views were beautiful.

Nice house. Good location. Great short walk to beach. Furniture comfy, everything we needed. There were many broken towel bars. The house needs some sprucing up. Stained carpet and house not cleaned well.

Great property to relax and spend quality time together!

Loved the very open layout of the common area! Kitchen was stocked with spices and quality cookware. Beds were comfortable and it was great for each couple to have their own bathroom. Issues were minor - rooms are a bit outdated with some fixtures that needed replacement, and one of the kitchen trash cans was in dire need of cleaning (it was a fruit fly breeding ground) Overall it was a great house for a family and friends vacation and would stay again!

Perfect house for Golf weekend

The house was exactly what we needed for a large group of guys gathering for a golf weekend. Good location, terrific top level for gathering, meals and watching football or listening to music. The numerous bathrooms made getting out of the house for early golf much easier. Sleeping accomodations were terrific.

Perfect location!

Wonderful house in a great location! The beach is private and steps from the house. The house was really nice; the living area is spacious and the screen porch was perfect for evening dinners. Loved the tennis courts too!

The house was clean and had everything we needed except linens. We weren’t aware that we had to rent them separately, but the manager pointed us in the right direction and we were able to get them within an hour. We would rent here again!

Amazing location and house!

The house was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean when we checked in. The owner was extremely nice and great to communicate with. It was only myself, wife and son staying at the property so there was an unbelievable amount of room for us. There was even toys and books in the house which were great for our 3 year old. The family room and kitchen were very spacious. We really enjoyed breakfast in the sunroom, sunsets on the deck and the amazing roof deck with ocean and bag views. The path to the beach was great, the beach itself was probably only 50 yards away. The beach was fantastic with its contant tide pools. We basically had the beach to ourselves. If you're looking for a quieter beach getaway, thats still close enough to drive to everything, and a beautiful home for small to large groups, this is the place for you. We’d absolutely stay there again.

Great getaway

We had a great stay, property was as pictured and was steps to the beach. Kitchen had most things we needed (no whisk or one cup measure). Owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. As with most beach rentals there are a few things that could use updating, but overall a great stay. We would go back!

Great rental!

The house is an easy, convenient walk to a beautiful private and uncrowded beach making it easy to enjoy the ocean without a lot of hassle. The house itself was beautiful, very clean and with lots of amenities and supplies, nothing we could think of that was missing. The rooms were open and spacious and the big porches gave us a lot of extra room and flexibility - we enjoyed eating meals outside. Also an easy walk to the tennis court across Rt. 1 and no problem getting playing time. The manager was easy to communicate with and quick to answer our questions. Overall a great vacation - thank you so much!
