Step into this West Vancouver gem of a home located at the pinnacle of the British Properties, offering unmatched views that will leave guests with a lasting impression of BC's natural beauty. This upscale property is characterized by a family-friendly and comfortable ethos, achieved through warm interior design, understated luxury, & cozy furnishings throughout the home. Guests will enjoy amenities such as a hot tub, billiards room, a large patio with a dining table & BBQ, & lovely fireplaces.
This lovely home is characterized by tasteful design furnishings such as comfortable leather couches, stunning hardwood floors, large bay windows that allow for spectacular views to be seen at all times, and sizeable patios for guests to enjoy the fresh air and views offered by this secluded area. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors with the fabulous outdoor hot tub provided on the lower patio. Guests will also have a 2-car garage & 1-car carport with EV charging.
The space within this home is outfitted with everything guests could need to have a memorable stay of comfort & luxury. From fresh linens in the 3 bedrooms to a fully stocked kitchen, guests will enjoy a good night's rest & the chance to enjoy home-cooked meals with family & friends. Evenings will be memorable as guests will revel in the breathtaking sunsets while sitting by the fire in the comfort of the two stunning living rooms.
Entertainment value is found within the games room, which provides a bar & mini fridge, and a red felt billiards table with a ping-pong table layover.
