The property is a beautiful home that seamlessly combines timeless architectural charm with sophistication. Situated in one of London’s most desirable areas, the residence presents an inviting and elegant façade, blending harmoniously with the picturesque surroundings of St. Charles Square.
The Space:
Inside, the home offers generously proportioned living spaces designed to maximise comfort and light. High ceilings and large windows flood the rooms with natural light, creating a light homely atmosphere. The living areas are both spacious and versatile, providing a perfect setting for relaxation and entertaining alike.
The kitchen is fitted with all the basic appliances you will require. Please note the fridge is 150 litre in size.
The master bedroom is equally impressive, offering comfort and space. Each room has, large windows ensure they remain bright and airy throughout the day. Please note the second bedroom has a standard single size bed.
The bathroom, features a bath/shower that are easy to use.
Guest Access:
You enter the property through the main door, accessed via a short flight of steps above street level. Upon stepping inside, a welcoming corridor guides you forward, leading to your private entrance situated on the right.
The Neighborhood:
There is a lot to do close by this home, in a neighbourhood that is colourful and representative of West London.
Food & Drink:
Granger & Co is known for delicious brunch.
Farm Girl Cafe has smoothies and sandwiches, and they are very health conscious.
Attractions:
Portobello Market is a large street market with vendors selling everything you can think of.
Electric Cinema is one of the oldest working film theatres in London
Kensington Palace and Hyde Park are a 15 minute walk away.

Ladbroke Grove Underground (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines) - 7 min walk

Please note the house is currently on the market, there may be viewing(s) during your stay. We will do our best to keep it to a minimum and any viewings will be done at a convenient time and a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. We will compensate £50 for each viewing.
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
